預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁橋開裂影響因素分析

【摘要】:預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁橋因其整體性強、抗扭剛度大、適應(yīng)多種現(xiàn)代化的施工方法等一系列的優(yōu)點,成為很多橋梁選型時的首選。但是隨著越來越多的箱梁橋投入運營,箱梁橋也出現(xiàn)了一些病害,其中梁體混凝土出現(xiàn)各種裂縫問題是比較有代表性的。裂縫的出現(xiàn)不僅影響了橋梁的美觀,更重要的是影響了橋梁的安全性和耐久性。本文以陜西境內(nèi)的兩座預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋為背景,通過有限元模型計算,對箱梁橋腹板和底板開裂影響因素進行了分析,從設(shè)計和構(gòu)造上提出改進建議。本文主要做了以下工作:(1)首先介紹了箱梁橋的發(fā)展概況以及未來的發(fā)展趨勢;其次介紹了箱梁橋產(chǎn)生的裂縫病害問題,主要介紹箱梁腹板裂縫和底板裂縫;查閱資料,了解國內(nèi)外學者對于箱梁開裂問題所做的研究和取得的研究成果,以及目前仍存在的問題。(2)介紹了箱梁的撓曲、扭轉(zhuǎn)、畸變和剪力滯效應(yīng)等空間力學特性和箱梁橋的分析方法,更加清楚地認識箱梁橋的力學行為,為分析提供依據(jù)。(3)以實際工程為依托,對箱梁腹板的開裂影響因素進行分析,分析內(nèi)容包括豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力作用、腹板下彎束的設(shè)置及腹板厚度形式的選取對箱梁腹板應(yīng)力的影響,并提出一些改進建議。(4)以實際工程為依托,對箱梁底板(以跨中梁段為例)的開裂影響因素進行分析,分析內(nèi)容包括底板合龍束的橫向布置形式、底板拋物線次數(shù)、箱梁底板厚度及設(shè)置橫隔板對箱梁底板應(yīng)力的影響,在分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出一些改進建議。
[Abstract]:Prestressed concrete box girder bridge has become the first choice for many bridges because of its strong integrity, large torsional stiffness and many modern construction methods. But with more and more box-girder bridges put into operation, there are some diseases in box-girder bridges. The appearance of cracks not only affects the aesthetics of bridges, but also affects the safety and durability of bridges. Based on two prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridges in Shaanxi province, this paper analyzes the influence factors of box girder bridge web and bottom cracking by finite element model calculation, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement in design and construction. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, it introduces the development of box girder bridge and the development trend in the future; secondly, it introduces the crack disease of box girder bridge, mainly introduces box girder web crack and bottom plate crack; This paper introduces the spatial mechanical properties of box girder, such as deflection, torsion, distortion and shear lag effect, and the analysis method of box girder bridge. Understand the mechanical behavior of box girder bridge more clearly, provide the basis for analysis. Based on actual engineering, analyze the influencing factors of box girder web cracking, including vertical prestressing force. The influence of the setting of the lower web bending bundle and the selection of the thickness of the web plate on the stress of the web plate of the box girder is put forward, and some improvement suggestions are put forward. Based on the actual project, the factors affecting the cracking of the bottom plate of the box girder (taking the middle span girder section as an example) are analyzed. The contents of the analysis include the transverse arrangement form of the bottom plate, the number of parabola, the thickness of the bottom plate of the box girder and the influence of the setting of the transverse diaphragm on the stress of the bottom plate of the box girder. Based on the analysis, some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
