高速公路智慧交通平臺(tái)與初步應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:高速公路作為交通運(yùn)輸?shù)年P(guān)鍵樞紐,承載著我國(guó)大量的交通運(yùn)輸需求。伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,高速公路里程逐年增加,高速公路憑借其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)、良好的出行環(huán)境,已經(jīng)成為駕乘人員的出行首選。然而我國(guó)的機(jī)動(dòng)車保有量也在急劇增長(zhǎng),這勢(shì)必增加了高速公路交通的出行壓力,導(dǎo)致駕乘人員對(duì)高速公路提供的服務(wù)要求越來越高,高速公路管理者對(duì)高速公路運(yùn)營(yíng)效能的需求也隨之增加。我國(guó)高速公路傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)電系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不能完全滿足駕乘人員與高速公路管理者的需求,交通供需矛盾越發(fā)嚴(yán)峻。隨著我國(guó)科技技術(shù)水平的發(fā)展,高速公路信息化建設(shè)被認(rèn)為是能夠提升高速公路安全、出行服務(wù)及運(yùn)營(yíng)管理等性能的有效途徑;诖,我國(guó)投入了巨大的人力、物力、財(cái)力對(duì)高速公路信息化展開研究,并取得了顯著效果。但是,我國(guó)的高速公路信息化建設(shè)大都是局限于單項(xiàng)技術(shù)的智能化,各個(gè)智能交通系統(tǒng)相互獨(dú)立,不能實(shí)現(xiàn)各智能交通數(shù)據(jù)之間的共享,并不能解決我國(guó)高速公路交通的難題。2014年,交通運(yùn)輸部提出了四個(gè)交通建設(shè),其中智慧交通是關(guān)鍵。智慧交通相對(duì)于單項(xiàng)智能交通技術(shù),能從總體層面分析現(xiàn)有交通的各種問題。隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與云計(jì)算等高新技術(shù)發(fā)展的相對(duì)成熟,為高速公路智慧交通的建設(shè)提供了技術(shù)可行性。基于此,本文對(duì)高速公路智慧交通平臺(tái)與初步應(yīng)用展開研究。本文主要對(duì)以下內(nèi)容展開了深入的研究:(1)通過與高速公路信息化專家座談、實(shí)地考察的形式對(duì)我國(guó)典型城市的高速公路信息化進(jìn)行調(diào)研,如浙江、深圳、貴州、重慶、四川等,分析各個(gè)城市的高速公路信息化現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上歸納總結(jié)出了我國(guó)高速公路信息化存在的問題。(2)闡述了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與云計(jì)算技術(shù)的特征及在各個(gè)行業(yè)的應(yīng)用,并對(duì)高速公路智慧交通進(jìn)行需求分析與可行性分析,提出了高速公路智慧交通平臺(tái)建設(shè)原則與目標(biāo),構(gòu)建了高速公路智慧交通框架。(3)提出了高速公路智慧交通云平臺(tái)的部署方式,并對(duì)云平臺(tái)的層次化模型展開研究,對(duì)云平臺(tái)的IasS層、PasS層及SasS層進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),最后對(duì)高速公路智慧交通云平臺(tái)的安全服務(wù)體系進(jìn)行了研究。(4)對(duì)高速公路智慧交通的初步應(yīng)用展開研究,主要包括智慧管理與智慧服務(wù),并對(duì)智慧交通視頻監(jiān)控推送服務(wù)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了初步設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Expressway, as the key hub of transportation, carries a large amount of transportation demand in our country. With the economic development of our country, highway mileage increases year by year. With its unique advantages and good travel environment, expressway has become the first choice for drivers. However, the number of motor vehicles in our country is also growing rapidly, which is bound to increase the pressure on highway traffic, resulting in drivers demanding more and more services from expressways. Expressway manager to highway operation efficiency demand also increases accordingly. The traditional mechanical and electrical system of expressway in our country can not fully meet the needs of drivers and highway managers, and the contradiction between traffic supply and demand is becoming more and more severe. With the development of science and technology in China, highway information construction is considered to be an effective way to improve the performance of expressway safety, travel service and operation management. Based on this, our country has invested huge manpower, material resources and financial resources to carry out research on highway informatization, and has achieved remarkable results. However, most of the highway information construction in our country is limited to the intelligence of single technology, and each intelligent transportation system is independent of each other, so it can not realize the sharing of each intelligent traffic data. In 2014, the Ministry of Transport put forward four traffic construction projects, in which intelligent transportation is the key. Compared with the single intelligent transportation technology, intelligent transportation can analyze the existing traffic problems from the overall level. With the development of Internet of things and cloud computing, it provides the technical feasibility for the construction of highway intelligent transportation. Based on this, this paper studies the intelligent transportation platform and preliminary application of expressway. This paper mainly focuses on the following contents: (1) through discussions with expressway information experts and on-the-spot investigations on highway informatization in typical cities in China, such as Zhejiang, Shenzhen, Guizhou, Chongqing, Sichuan, etc. Based on the analysis of the present situation of highway informatization in each city, the problems existing in highway informatization in China are summarized. (2) the characteristics of Internet of things and cloud computing technology and their applications in various industries are expounded. At the same time, the requirement and feasibility analysis of expressway intelligent transportation are analyzed, and the construction principles and objectives of expressway intelligent transportation platform are put forward. In this paper, the intelligent transportation framework of expressway is constructed. The deployment mode of cloud platform of expressway intelligent traffic is put forward, and the hierarchical model of cloud platform is studied, and the IasS layer and SasS layer of cloud platform are designed. Finally, the paper studies the safety service system of the intelligent transportation cloud platform of expressway. (4) the preliminary application of intelligent transportation on highway is studied, which mainly includes intelligent management and intelligent service. The application of intelligent transportation video surveillance and push service is designed.
