【摘要】：為獲取連片特困地區(qū)綜合交通可達(dá)性與貧困程度的空間耦合特征,基于空間截面數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建了因子分析—熵權(quán)多維貧困測(cè)度模型、綜合交通可達(dá)性評(píng)估模型和空間耦合協(xié)調(diào)模型,并以滇西邊境山區(qū)為例進(jìn)行分析驗(yàn)證.結(jié)果表明:整體空間上,貧困程度表現(xiàn)出由中心向外圍擴(kuò)散的模式,呈現(xiàn)南部高于北部、邊緣高于中心的空間特征;綜合交通可達(dá)性空間分異顯著,可達(dá)性值呈"偏左正態(tài)分布",并在主要節(jié)點(diǎn)形成了"Y字型"綜合交通可達(dá)性優(yōu)勢(shì)帶;貧困程度與綜合交通可達(dá)性的耦合協(xié)調(diào)水平兩極化特征明顯,中心區(qū)域及邊緣地帶上的空間耦合關(guān)系顯著,協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平較高;其他縣域耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平偏低,交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的扶貧效應(yīng)有待發(fā)揮.
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the spatial coupling characteristics of the comprehensive traffic accessibility and poverty degree in the special hardship areas, a multi-dimensional poverty measurement model with factor analysis and entropy weight is constructed based on the spatial cross-section data. The integrated traffic accessibility assessment model and spatial coupling coordination model are integrated, and analyzed and verified by taking the western Yunnan border mountain area as an example. The results show that the poverty degree in the whole space shows a pattern of spreading from the center to the periphery, which is higher in the south than in the north. The spatial characteristics of the edge are higher than the center, the spatial differentiation of the comprehensive traffic accessibility is significant, the reachability value is "left-handed normal distribution", and the "Y-shaped" comprehensive traffic accessibility dominant zone is formed at the main nodes. The coupling and coordination level between poverty degree and comprehensive transportation accessibility is obvious, the spatial coupling relationship between the central region and the edge area is obvious, the level of coordinated development is relatively high, and the level of coupling and coordination development in other counties is relatively low. The poverty alleviation effect of transportation infrastructure needs to be brought into play.
