小凈距隧道支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)與施工控制研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,對(duì)于小凈距隧道圍巖壓力計(jì)算理論的研究尚不多見(jiàn),且很少考慮隧道施工過(guò)程的影響。本文以中開(kāi)平高速大常山隧道工程為依托,對(duì)同一圍巖條件,不同凈距下,隧道開(kāi)挖進(jìn)行分析,提出小凈距隧道的劃分方法,并嚴(yán)格按照大常山隧道的工程地質(zhì)條件、現(xiàn)行公路隧道設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)的要求,依據(jù)新奧法理論,進(jìn)行隧道支護(hù)參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算工作。首先對(duì)圍巖壓力進(jìn)行計(jì)算,得出該工程地質(zhì)條件下,各級(jí)圍巖壓力數(shù)值。其次在襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)方面,洞身段主要采用復(fù)合式襯砌;初次支護(hù)采用彈塑性理論(地層-結(jié)構(gòu)法),進(jìn)行錨噴支護(hù)的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算。充分發(fā)揮和調(diào)動(dòng)圍巖的自承能力,從而以最低的支護(hù)要求使圍巖達(dá)到新的二次平衡狀態(tài)。二次襯砌運(yùn)用有限元軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力分析,較為直觀的得到二次襯砌在各個(gè)圍巖條件下的變形、剪力、軸力及彎矩的分布狀態(tài)。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行配筋和驗(yàn)算,利用安全系數(shù)對(duì)其進(jìn)行受力分析,從受力角度確定其安全性。并對(duì)隧道支護(hù)參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)值進(jìn)行調(diào)整優(yōu)化,使其更合理。由于地質(zhì)條件的不確定性和施工的復(fù)雜性,隧道工程施工過(guò)程的控制就顯得尤為重要,本文主要從施工工法著手,對(duì)隧道施工進(jìn)行初步的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:At present, there are few researches on the calculation theory of surrounding rock pressure of small clear distance tunnel, and the influence of tunnel construction process is seldom considered. This paper is based on the medium-Kaiping high speed and large Changshan tunnel project, for the same surrounding rock condition. Under different net distance, the tunnel excavation is analyzed, and the division method of small clear distance tunnel is put forward, and according to the engineering geological conditions of Dachangshan tunnel, the design code and design specification of highway tunnel are strictly followed. According to the theory of New Austrian method, the design and calculation of tunnel support parameters are carried out. Firstly, the pressure of surrounding rock is calculated, and the value of pressure of surrounding rock at all levels under the engineering geological condition is obtained. Secondly, the value of surrounding rock pressure is obtained in the aspect of lining structure. The main body section of the hole is compound lining; Elastic-plastic theory is used to design and calculate the bolting and shotcreting support in the first time, and the self-supporting ability of surrounding rock is brought into full play. In order to achieve a new secondary equilibrium state of surrounding rock with the lowest support requirement, the secondary lining is analyzed by finite element software, and the deformation and shear force of secondary lining under various surrounding rock conditions are obtained intuitively. The distribution of axial force and bending moment. According to the results of the analysis, the reinforcement and check calculation are carried out, and the safety factor is used to analyze the force, and the safety is determined from the point of stress. The design value of the tunnel support parameters is adjusted and optimized. Because of the uncertainty of geological conditions and the complexity of construction, it is particularly important to control the construction process of tunnel engineering. Carry on the preliminary construction organization design to the tunnel construction.
