【摘要】:近年來,隨著世界經濟的迅猛發(fā)展,交通問題日益嚴峻,在此背景下,智能交通系統(tǒng)(ITS)作為解決交通問題的全新方案應運而生。智能交通系統(tǒng)是當前交通領域研究的前沿課題,也是解決交通擁堵,改善行車安全,提高運營效率,并減少環(huán)境污染等的最佳途徑。而車輛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是ITS的一個典型應用,它可以通過對車輛進行全程實時定位監(jiān)控,保障車輛的運輸安全,又可方便管理人員指揮調度,提高車輛使用效率。 本文以陜西交警大隊的車輛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項目為背景,探討車輛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的技術開發(fā)實現(xiàn)過程及方法。所設計的車輛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由車載終端、通信服務器、車輛監(jiān)控軟件平臺三大部分組成。車載終端和車輛監(jiān)控軟件平臺之間通過通信服務器實時交互,三者組成了一個動態(tài)監(jiān)控網絡,對車輛進行定位和跟蹤,在車輛監(jiān)控軟件平臺電子地圖上實時顯示車輛行駛軌跡,并存儲車輛的位置、定位時間等狀態(tài)參數(shù),便于后期查詢。本文主要內容如下: (1)分析了車輛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體結構設計。介紹了系統(tǒng)的設計原則及思想,并針對系統(tǒng)的具體組成,詳細解析了各個部分的作用及它們之間的數(shù)據交換方式。 (2)完成了車輛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟件平臺的設計與實現(xiàn)。為了減少對瀏覽器的依賴性,且考慮到內網安全問題,無法連接到互聯(lián)網的情況,本平臺采用OpenLayers API進行電子地圖的開發(fā),論文展現(xiàn)了其詳細實現(xiàn)過程,其中包含實時監(jiān)控、歷史軌跡回放、車輛調度三個基本功能。 (3)針對歷史軌跡回放過程中,可能出現(xiàn)的停車時間過長降低系統(tǒng)響應性能的問題,論文進行了軌跡數(shù)據壓縮優(yōu)化,并獲得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the world economy, traffic problems become increasingly serious, in this context. Intelligent Transportation system (its) as a new solution to traffic problems emerged as the times require. Intelligent Transportation system (its) is not only the frontier of the current research in the field of transportation, but also to solve traffic congestion and improve traffic safety. The vehicle monitoring system is a typical application of ITS, which can ensure the transportation safety of vehicles by real-time positioning monitoring. It can also be convenient for managers to command and dispatch, and improve the efficiency of vehicle use. In this paper, based on the vehicle monitoring system project of Shaanxi traffic police brigade, the process and method of vehicle monitoring system technology development are discussed. The vehicle monitoring system is designed by vehicle terminal and communication server. The vehicle monitoring software platform consists of three parts. The vehicle terminal and vehicle monitoring software platform interact with each other through the communication server in real time. The three constitute a dynamic monitoring network to locate and track the vehicle. On the electronic map of the vehicle monitoring software platform, the track of the vehicle is displayed in real time, and the status parameters such as the position of the vehicle and the positioning time are stored, which is convenient for the later inquiry. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the overall structure design of the vehicle monitoring system is analyzed. The design principles and ideas of the system are introduced, and the concrete composition of the system is also introduced. The function of each part and the way of data exchange between them are analyzed in detail. In order to reduce the dependence on the browser and consider the security of the intranet, it can not connect to the Internet. 2) the design and implementation of the software platform of the vehicle monitoring system are completed, and in order to reduce the dependence on the browser, it is impossible to connect to the Internet. This platform adopts OpenLayers. API is used to develop electronic map. The paper presents its detailed implementation process, which includes three basic functions: real time monitoring, historical track playback and vehicle scheduling. In order to solve the problem that the parking time may decrease the response performance of the system during the history track playback process, the paper optimizes the trajectory data compression and obtains good results.
