【摘要】:同步加纖碎石下封層是在原有養(yǎng)護(hù)方法基礎(chǔ)上興起來(lái)的一種工藝或材料,它是采用同步加纖碎石封層車幾乎同時(shí)依次噴灑(撒)一層改性乳化瀝青、一層纖維、一層改性乳化瀝青、一層碎石,隨即采用膠輪壓路機(jī)進(jìn)行碾壓而成。此技術(shù)可用于公路下封層,其具有良好的應(yīng)力吸收和分散能力、防水性好、穩(wěn)定性高、施工快速便捷、對(duì)環(huán)境污染少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。目前,同步加纖碎石下封層在我國(guó)只有少數(shù)地區(qū)中開(kāi)展研究和應(yīng)用,尚未有相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范對(duì)其材料取用、配合比設(shè)計(jì)、施工控制、路用性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及費(fèi)用管理等方面做出具體規(guī)定,施工中對(duì)同步加纖碎石下封層的配合比設(shè)計(jì)還依賴?yán)碚摲ㄅc經(jīng)驗(yàn)法;材料選擇還無(wú)可靠依據(jù)、且用量范圍較寬;施工工藝及經(jīng)濟(jì)管理也只能參照類似工藝規(guī)范。因此,對(duì)同步加纖碎石下封層進(jìn)行配合比設(shè)計(jì)、施工工藝、經(jīng)濟(jì)管理及相關(guān)研究,具有十分顯著的實(shí)用意義。本文先建立同步加纖碎石下封層的ABAQUS有限元模型,在不同下封層彈性模量下,分析了各結(jié)構(gòu)層不同深度的豎向變形和層底拉應(yīng)力;對(duì)瀝青粘結(jié)料、纖維及碎石等材料進(jìn)行性能分析對(duì)比,選擇適合同步加纖碎石下封層的材料,進(jìn)行所選材料各項(xiàng)技術(shù)性能檢測(cè),并通過(guò)改變改性乳化瀝青灑布量、纖維撒布量、碎石用量等制作不同配合比的試件,通過(guò)剪切試驗(yàn)、拉拔試驗(yàn)及動(dòng)力滲水試驗(yàn)等力學(xué)試驗(yàn)以確定適合于某區(qū)的同步加纖碎石下封層的最佳配合比;以所選材料與試驗(yàn)得到的最佳配合比用同步加纖碎石下封層車鋪筑試驗(yàn)路,對(duì)試驗(yàn)段進(jìn)行剪切試驗(yàn)及拉拔試驗(yàn),證明了同步加纖碎石下封層的路用性能良好;通過(guò)試驗(yàn)路的鋪筑,總結(jié)出了同步加纖碎石下封層的施工工藝及質(zhì)量控制辦法;選擇稀漿封層、碎石封層瀝青路面做對(duì)比,對(duì)同步加纖碎石下封層瀝青路面進(jìn)行全壽命經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,得到同步加纖碎石下封層瀝青路面的直接成本較低。得到的同步加纖碎石下封層的配合比設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)、設(shè)計(jì)方法、施工工藝及路用性能指標(biāo)體系等,使得該項(xiàng)技術(shù)便于在某區(qū)或全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)得到推廣應(yīng)用。同步加纖碎石下封層的前景十分樂(lè)觀。
[Abstract]:Synchronous fiber rubble seal is a process or material rise based on the original maintenance method, it is the use of synchronous chip sealer plus fiber (SA) are almost at the same time spraying modified emulsified asphalt layer, a layer of fiber, the modified emulsified asphalt layer, a layer of gravel, with the rubber wheel the roller compacted together. This technique can be used for highway under seal, which has good stress absorption and dispersion ability, good waterproof performance, high stability, fast and convenient for construction, less environmental pollution. At present, the Synchronous Crushed Stone Seal plus fiber in our country only has to carry out the research and application of Minority Areas yet, the relevant technical specifications for the materials, mix design, construction control, road performance evaluation and cost management has made specific provisions, with the synchronous plus fiber rubble seal construction design also depends theory and experience Material selection method; no reliable basis, and the amount of wide range; construction technology and economic management can only refer to similar specifications. Therefore, mix design, construction technology of Synchronous Crushed Stone Seal Coat plus fiber, economic management and related research has very significant practical significance. This paper first established the finite element model of ABAQUS synchronous gravel plus fiber under seal, seal in different elastic modulus under different depth layers of vertical deformation and bottom layer tensile stress analysis; the asphalt binder, the performance analysis of the ratio of fiber and gravel and other materials, select the appropriate synchronization plus fiber rubble seal materials, selected the the technical performance of materials testing, and through the change of modified emulsified asphalt, fiber cloth, specimen making aggregate dosage of different proportion, through shear test and pull-out test and dynamic mechanical test leakage test Test to determine the best fit for a synchronous fiber gravel area under seal ratio; to best fit the selected materials and test than that obtained by synchronous plus fiber rubble seal car paved road test, shear test and pullout test of the test section, show that the synchronous plus fiber rubble seal road good performance; through test road paving, summarizes the construction technology and quality control of synchronous gravel plus fiber seal coat; selection of slurry seal, comparison of crushed stone seal asphalt pavement, analyzes the whole life of economy on the synchronous plus fiber seal coat of asphalt pavement under the rubble by direct cost plus fiber under seal coat of asphalt macadam synchronous the road is low. The synchronous plus fiber gravel under seal mix design index, design method, construction technology and road performance index system, the technology is easy to be popularized in a region or country Application. The prospect of synchro fiber reinforced lithotripsy is very optimistic.
