【摘要】：近年來,隨著環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加快和水上交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)出渤海灣船舶流量不斷增加。作為進(jìn)出渤海灣的主要通道之一,老鐵山水道的船舶通航密度不斷加大。同時(shí),各種自然條件的變化、海域內(nèi)主要漁場(chǎng)以及非貨運(yùn)船舶的影響,加大了老鐵山水道的通航環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性,交通危險(xiǎn)度也隨之增加,給船舶航行安全帶來極大威脅。因此,擴(kuò)寬升級(jí)老鐵山水道的需求和呼聲越來越大。本文通過對(duì)近年來老鐵山水道及附近水域通航環(huán)境與交通事故進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),分析老鐵山水域通航特點(diǎn)和交通規(guī)律,結(jié)合未來幾年環(huán)渤海灣主要港口發(fā)展形勢(shì),論證分析老鐵山水道拓寬的可行性和必要性。在國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究方法和成果的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮標(biāo)準(zhǔn)船型換算、船舶安全領(lǐng)域、航道飽和度以及航道通過能力等因素,本文采用交通流模型計(jì)算和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,將能見度、風(fēng)、流、航道寬度、航道交叉狀況和交通量等因素作為評(píng)價(jià)老鐵山水道危險(xiǎn)度的指標(biāo),建立交通評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)并對(duì)水道潛在通航風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行計(jì)算和評(píng)估,分別對(duì)水道拓寬值進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,并從中選出最佳的計(jì)算方案,得出未來10年老鐵山水道拓寬規(guī)劃結(jié)論。最后,本文根據(jù)船舶大型化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和水域防污染的需要,提出了老鐵山水道拓寬可行性解決方案；并按照水上交通現(xiàn)代化管理趨勢(shì)和要求,對(duì)拓寬后的老鐵山水道安全管理提出了具體的實(shí)施建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the Bohai economic integration and to accelerate the process of water transportation industry, and out of Bohai Bay ship traffic is increasing. As one of the main channel and out of the Gulf of Bohai, the ship traffic density LaoTieShan increasing. At the same time, a variety of natural conditions, main fishing ground and non cargo ship that increased the complexity of the navigation environment of the LaoTieShan channel, traffic risk also increased, to bring great threat to the security of ship navigation. Therefore, widening the LaoTieShan demand and upgrade more and more voices. This paper carries on the statistics to the waters in recent years and near LaoTieShan channel navigation environment and traffic accidents, analysis of old iron mountain area navigation the characteristics and laws of traffic, with the next few years the development situation of Bohai Bay ring main port, analysis is feasible and necessary to broaden the LaoTieShan channel . based on the domestic and foreign existing research methods and results, considering the standard form of conversion, the ship safety field, saturation and waterway waterway capacity and other factors, this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and calculation of traffic flow model, the visibility, wind, flow, channel width, cross channel condition and traffic factors as evaluation LaoTieShan risk index, establish traffic evaluation index and calculation and evaluation of the potential risk of navigable waterway, waterway widening value analysis, and select the best scheme in the next 10 years old Tieshan waterway widening planning conclusion. Finally, according to the needs of large ships and the development trend of water pollution prevention the proposed LaoTieShan channel to broaden the feasible solutions; and in accordance with the water transportation modernization management trends and requirements, to widen the old iron mountain road The full management proposed specific implementation proposals.
