【摘要】：隨著城市化進程的加快,公路運營車輛逐漸增多,平交路口已不能滿足出行需求。在此環(huán)境下各大城市均加快高架工程建設,如此快速、大量地進行高架工程建設必然存在極大風險,在可能發(fā)生的風險中,橋梁工程建設過程中施工風險發(fā)生的可能性最大。本文首先分析了橋梁工程風險評估的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,介紹了風險評估各環(huán)節(jié)的實施過程,然后以A高速公路高架工程為實例,對其施工風險進行評估。在建立風險識別模型基礎上,主要運用德爾菲法識別A高速公路高架工程的施工風險因素,通過風險識別確定本工程最終風險清單;建立了風險評價模型,運用模糊層次法確定A高速公路高架工程施工風險各因素權(quán)重,并運用模糊綜合法對本工程施工風險進行了定量評價,得出本工程風險等級為“高”,即本工程存在高風險,定量評價結(jié)果為本工程風險應對策略的指導提供了有力的依據(jù)。在風險評價結(jié)果的基礎上,本文給出A高速公路高架工程的風險應對對策,并制定了詳細的應對措施,從而有效地提高了本工程的風險管理水平。本文的研究不但可以指導本工程風險管控,亦可作為類似高架工程風險評估的參考。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the number of vehicles running on the road is gradually increasing, and the level intersection can no longer meet the travel demand. In this environment, all the major cities are speeding up the construction of elevated engineering, so fast. A large number of elevated engineering construction is bound to have great risks, in the possible risks. In the process of bridge construction, construction risk is the most likely. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of bridge engineering risk assessment at home and abroad, and introduces the implementation process of each link of risk assessment. Then take A Expressway viaduct project as an example to evaluate its construction risk. On the basis of establishing risk identification model, the paper mainly uses Delphi method to identify the construction risk factors of A Expressway elevated Project. Determine the final risk list of the project through risk identification; The risk evaluation model is established, and the weight of each factor of the construction risk of A expressway elevated project is determined by using the fuzzy hierarchy method, and the construction risk of the project is evaluated quantitatively by using the fuzzy comprehensive method. It is concluded that the risk grade of the project is "high", that is, there are high risks in the project, and the quantitative evaluation results provide a strong basis for the guidance of the risk response strategy of the project, and on the basis of the risk evaluation results. In this paper, the risk countermeasures of A highway viaduct project are given, and the detailed countermeasures are worked out. The research in this paper can not only guide the risk management of the project, but also serve as a reference for the risk assessment of similar elevated projects.
