基于故障樹的空中交通安全評(píng)估系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)外航班流量日益增加,空中交通安全管理的評(píng)價(jià)工作顯得愈發(fā)重要。國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)安全評(píng)估方法如安全檢查表、故障樹分析、潛在危險(xiǎn)研究等已成功地運(yùn)用于航空航天、核工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域的安全技術(shù)管理工作中,這些方法應(yīng)用于航天領(lǐng)域時(shí)取得了很好的效果,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外安全研究工作的推動(dòng)起到了積極的作用。然而,由于方法的局限性,往往只能針對(duì)特殊的領(lǐng)域、在特定的環(huán)境中使用,當(dāng)條件發(fā)生改變的的時(shí)候就失效了,特別對(duì)于系統(tǒng)總體安全的評(píng)估顯得無(wú)能為力。 開展對(duì)空管一線管制單位的運(yùn)行安全評(píng)估工作是亟需解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,而具備一套完善的空中交通服務(wù)安全評(píng)估體系和評(píng)估系統(tǒng)是開展安全評(píng)估工作的前提條件。本文首先綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外空中交通安全評(píng)估的研究現(xiàn)狀,就空中交通安全評(píng)估相關(guān)原理進(jìn)行了深入分析,研究了安全評(píng)估算法的流程、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用中的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),然后結(jié)合軟件工程的思想,結(jié)合JavaScript和Java開發(fā)了基于故障樹理論的空中交通安全評(píng)估系統(tǒng),具有系統(tǒng)管理、安全評(píng)估原理、安全評(píng)估算法、安全評(píng)估系統(tǒng)功能模塊等四個(gè)模塊。系統(tǒng)各功能模塊相互獨(dú)立,體現(xiàn)了軟件設(shè)計(jì)中的“高內(nèi)聚低耦合”的思想。 基于故障樹的原理和分析流程,首先對(duì)中國(guó)民用航空飛行學(xué)院新津分院通用航空直升機(jī)訓(xùn)練飛行低空東航線與雙流進(jìn)離場(chǎng)航線之間的運(yùn)行安全進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,選用基于尾流的分析方法和基于障礙物和最低超障高度OCA的分析方法評(píng)估了新津東航線穿越五邊的安全性。其次,采用Google Earth的三維模擬飛行功能驗(yàn)證了新津東航線穿越五邊的可行性。最后,基于常見的測(cè)試方法對(duì)基于故障樹的空中交通服務(wù)安全評(píng)估系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,包括單元測(cè)試以及軟件的性能測(cè)試,測(cè)試的結(jié)果與概要說(shuō)明書中的內(nèi)容一致,具有良好的魯棒性和可擴(kuò)展性;诠收蠘淅碚摰目罩薪煌ǚ⻊(wù)安全評(píng)估系統(tǒng)為安全評(píng)估人員提供了一條通用的可行的評(píng)估方法途徑,對(duì)空中交通管制中心安全運(yùn)行有著積極的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, domestic and foreign flight traffic is increasing day by day, the evaluation of air traffic safety management becomes more and more important. Safety assessment methods, such as safety checklists, fault tree analysis and potential hazard studies, have been successfully applied to the safety technology management in aerospace, nuclear industry and other fields at home and abroad. These methods have achieved good results in the field of spaceflight and played a positive role in the promotion of safety research at home and abroad. However, because of the limitation of the method, it can only be used in a special field and in a specific environment. When the conditions change, it will fail, especially for the evaluation of the overall security of the system. It is urgent to solve the key problem of operational safety assessment of air traffic control units, and a complete air traffic service safety assessment system and evaluation system is a prerequisite for safety assessment. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research status of air traffic safety assessment at home and abroad, analyzes the relevant principles of air traffic safety assessment, and studies the flow, advantages and disadvantages of the safety assessment algorithm and the key points in its application. Then combined with the idea of software engineering, combined with JavaScript and Java, an air traffic safety assessment system based on fault tree theory is developed. It has four modules: system management, safety assessment principle, security assessment algorithm and function module of safety assessment system. Each functional module of the system is independent of each other, which embodies the idea of "high cohesion and low coupling" in software design. Based on the principle and analysis flow of fault tree, the operation safety of general aviation helicopter training low-altitude east route and double-flow departure route of Xinjin Branch of China Civil Aviation Flight Institute is evaluated. The security of Xinjin East route through five sides is evaluated by using wake based analysis method and OCA analysis method based on obstacle and minimum obstacle height. Secondly, the feasibility of crossing the five sides is verified by using the three-dimensional simulation flight function of Google Earth. Finally, the air traffic service safety evaluation system based on fault tree is tested based on common test methods, including unit test and software performance test. It has good robustness and scalability. The air traffic service safety assessment system based on fault tree theory provides a general and feasible approach for safety assessment personnel and has positive significance for the safe operation of air traffic control center.
