基于超聲波電機(jī)的增量式數(shù)字流量閥研究

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)控制技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,電液數(shù)字控制成為液壓技術(shù)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。增量式數(shù)字閥作為數(shù)字閥的一種,由于傳統(tǒng)電磁式步進(jìn)電機(jī)性能的限制,導(dǎo)致增量式數(shù)字閥發(fā)展緩慢,至今未形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。超聲波電機(jī)作為一種新型微特電機(jī),具有響應(yīng)速度快、定位精度高、分辨率高、低速大扭矩、易于微型化、工作無(wú)噪聲、不受電磁干擾、斷電自鎖等特點(diǎn),將其作為增量式數(shù)字閥驅(qū)動(dòng)器,以提高其性能。本文闡述了增量式數(shù)字閥發(fā)展概況,分析了現(xiàn)階段數(shù)字閥存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)比分析現(xiàn)有驅(qū)動(dòng)器性能,得出超聲波電機(jī)較其他電機(jī)在定位控制中具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。對(duì)超聲波電機(jī)進(jìn)行理論分析,提出采用駐波型超聲波電機(jī)作為增量式數(shù)字閥的驅(qū)動(dòng)器。設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于超聲波電機(jī)的增量式數(shù)字流量閥,以提高閥的控制精度,增加其工作穩(wěn)定性、減小噪聲。應(yīng)用FLUENT仿真軟件對(duì)其節(jié)流口進(jìn)行流道分析,通過(guò)閥芯、閥套結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn),擴(kuò)大節(jié)流出口水力半徑,減小了閥對(duì)溫度與雜質(zhì)的敏感度,提高了其流量控制穩(wěn)定性。應(yīng)用AMESim仿真軟件對(duì)基于超聲波電機(jī)的增量式數(shù)字流量閥進(jìn)行了動(dòng)、靜態(tài)特性分析,得出所設(shè)計(jì)的閥響應(yīng)速度快、控制精度高、工作穩(wěn)定性好、分辨率高,研究分析了壓力補(bǔ)償裝置各參數(shù)對(duì)其動(dòng)態(tài)特性的影響,得出預(yù)緊力、彈簧剛度、閥芯質(zhì)量、無(wú)彈簧閥芯端面積對(duì)數(shù)字閥的不同影響。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer control technology, electro-hydraulic digital control has become an inevitable trend in the development of hydraulic technology. As a kind of digital valve, incremental digital valve is limited by the performance of traditional electromagnetic stepping motor. As a new type of micro motor, ultrasonic motor has high response speed, high positioning accuracy, high resolution, low speed and large torque, easy to miniaturize and no noise. It is used as an incremental digital valve driver to improve its performance. The development of incremental digital valve is described in this paper, and the problems existing in the digital valve at present are analyzed. By comparing and analyzing the performance of the existing actuators, it is concluded that the ultrasonic motor has obvious advantages over other motors in positioning control. An incremental digital flow valve based on ultrasonic motor is designed to improve the control accuracy and stability of the valve. Using FLUENT simulation software to analyze the throttle orifice, through the improvement of valve core and valve sleeve structure, the hydraulic radius of throttle outlet is enlarged, and the sensitivity of valve to temperature and impurity is reduced. The dynamic and static characteristics of the incremental digital flow valve based on ultrasonic motor are analyzed by using AMESim simulation software. It is concluded that the designed valve has high response speed, high control precision and good working stability. The influence of the parameters of the pressure compensation device on the dynamic characteristics of the valve is studied and analyzed. The effects of preload, spring stiffness, spool mass and the end area of the non-spring-free valve on the digital valve are obtained.
