軸承內(nèi)外圈游隙匹配優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對單一內(nèi)外圈分檔匹配算法在軸承合套中存在隨機(jī)性,引入一種新迭代算法。對分檔匹配完成后單次合套選取的10組內(nèi)外圈做二次匹配,建立10組內(nèi)外圈匹配數(shù)學(xué)模型,并引入有向檢測矩陣,以此構(gòu)建一種新迭代算法求解模型。算例分析結(jié)果顯示,引入新迭代算法做二次匹配,相對單一分檔匹配算法,降低了匹配隨機(jī)性,軸承y值提高了4.58%。
[Abstract]:In view of the randomness of the single inner and outer ring matching algorithm in the bearing sleeve, a new iterative algorithm is introduced. The 10 groups of inner and outer rings selected by the single outer ring are matched twice after the matching is completed, and the mathematical model of 10 groups of inner and outer ring matching is established. A new iterative algorithm is constructed to solve the model by introducing the directed detection matrix. The results show that the new iterative algorithm is used to do the quadratic matching, and the matching randomness is reduced compared with the single step matching algorithm, and the value of the bearing y is increased by 4.58.
