【摘要】：文章借鑒國(guó)際經(jīng)典技術(shù)溢出模型,構(gòu)建包含對(duì)外直接投資、對(duì)外貿(mào)易及外商直接投資等國(guó)際技術(shù)溢出渠道的國(guó)際RD溢出模型,利用2003-2011年省際面板數(shù)據(jù)將國(guó)際技術(shù)溢出渠道對(duì)我國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響進(jìn)行了比較研究。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)外貿(mào)易和對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新起到了顯著的促進(jìn)作用。比較而言,對(duì)外貿(mào)易對(duì)我國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的促進(jìn)作用強(qiáng)于對(duì)外直接投資的影響。外商直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響不僅存在地區(qū)差異,還與技術(shù)本身所屬的創(chuàng)新層次有關(guān),但總體來(lái)看,外商直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:Based on the classical international technology spillover model, this paper constructs an international R D spillover model which includes foreign direct investment, foreign trade, foreign direct investment and other channels of international technology spillover. This paper makes a comparative study on the impact of international technology spillover channels on technological innovation in China by using inter-provincial panel data from 2003 to 2011. The results show that foreign trade and foreign direct investment play a significant role in promoting China's technological innovation. Comparatively speaking, foreign trade has a stronger effect on technological innovation than foreign direct investment. The influence of foreign direct investment on China's technological innovation is not only regional differences, but also related to the innovation level of technology itself, but in general, the impact of foreign direct investment on China's technological innovation is not significant.
