【摘要】：正作為傳統(tǒng)媒體中的一員,廣播已經(jīng)有一百多年的歷史。它是否能成為新媒體時代的公共話語平臺,以延續(xù)其平等與易接近的優(yōu)點,是值得探討的問題。廣播要成為公共話語平臺,至少要滿足如下兩個條件:1.議題的公共性,即探討的都是公眾關(guān)注的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和社會議題,而且多是時新的;2.觀點(主體)的開放性與集合性,內(nèi)容組成以普通觀眾的觀點為主。若以公共話語平臺的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(按聽眾參與的廣度和深度、相關(guān)節(jié)目播出的時長等),國內(nèi)目
[Abstract]:As a member of traditional media, broadcasting has a history of more than 100 years. Whether it can become the public discourse platform in the new media era and continue its advantages of equality and accessibility is a question worth discussing. In order to become a public discourse platform, broadcasting must satisfy at least the following two conditions: 1. The public nature of the issue, that is, the political, economic, cultural and social issues of public concern, and most are new; 2.
