【摘要】：隨著中國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷增強(qiáng)，進(jìn)出口能力的不斷增強(qiáng)，人民幣在國際市場(chǎng)上流通的范圍和規(guī)模開始不斷的擴(kuò)大，，已經(jīng)在一定區(qū)內(nèi)扮演了國際貨幣的角色。中國在逐漸探索著經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的改革，慢慢的將真正的中國展現(xiàn)給世界，在以這種前提的努力下，香港的人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)發(fā)展非常好，并取得了非常顯著的成績(jī)。隨著境外人民幣的增多，回流機(jī)制的不完善，滯留在香港的人民幣將影響到我國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的調(diào)控政策和央行貨幣政策的實(shí)施，并且將對(duì)人民幣國際化戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)生重大影響。文章對(duì)于境外人民幣對(duì)中國貨幣供給影響的分析，指出完善人民幣回流機(jī)制的重要性，將對(duì)未來人民幣國際化戰(zhàn)略、我國政府宏觀政策制定實(shí)施情況等各方面都十分重要。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of China's political and economic strength and the increasing ability of import and export, the scope and scale of RMB circulation in the international market has been expanding, which has already played the role of international currency in a certain region. China is gradually exploring the reform of the economic system, slowly showing the real China to the world. With the efforts of this premise, the offshore market of RMB in Hong Kong has developed very well, and has made very remarkable achievements. With the increase of overseas RMB and the imperfection of return mechanism, the RMB stranded in Hong Kong will affect the implementation of the macroeconomic regulation and control policy and the monetary policy of the central bank, and will have a significant impact on the internationalization strategy of RMB. This paper analyzes the influence of foreign RMB on China's money supply, and points out the importance of perfecting RMB reflux mechanism, which will be very important to the internationalization strategy of RMB in the future and the macro policy formulation and implementation of Chinese government.
