【摘要】：隨著全球化趨勢進一步加強,拉美國家面臨著開放國際市場環(huán)境中更加激烈的競爭,而經(jīng)濟實力的增強最終取決于教育;同時,拉美國家業(yè)已存在的貧富差距懸殊和社會不公問題更加嚴峻,教育在社會流動中的作用得到強調(diào)。因此,拉美國家形成共識。提出了優(yōu)先發(fā)展教育、以教育促發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。然而,國際組織主導(dǎo)下的新自由主義教育改革并未能如愿成為解決拉美國家經(jīng)濟社會頑疾的良方。未來拉美的教育改革應(yīng)該從政治、經(jīng)濟、社會和文化四個維度全方位考王,準備迎接全球化進一步深入發(fā)展所帶來的新挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:As globalization intensifies, Latin American countries face more intense competition in an open international market environment, and economic empowerment ultimately depends on education; at the same time, The gap between the rich and the poor and social inequality in Latin America have become even more serious, and the role of education in social mobility has been emphasized. As a result, Latin American countries formed a consensus. The strategy of giving priority to the development of education and promoting the development of education is put forward. However, the neoliberal educational reform led by international organizations has not been the best way to solve the economic and social problems of Latin American countries. The education reform in Latin America in the future should be carried out from four dimensions of politics, economy, society and culture to prepare for the new challenges brought by the further development of globalization.
