【摘要】：本文就如何發(fā)展蕪湖市體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè),根據(jù)《安徽省體育事業(yè)發(fā)展“十二五”規(guī)劃(2011—2015)》中的要求,針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出發(fā)展渠道及發(fā)展思路和具體建議,以實(shí)現(xiàn)“文化強(qiáng)國(guó)”戰(zhàn)略下體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與安徽省體育事業(yè)“十二五”規(guī)劃目標(biāo)契合,通過(guò)對(duì)蕪湖體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的實(shí)證研究,提出發(fā)展路徑的思考。 近年來(lái),隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái)和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的不斷深入人心,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)作為融文化與經(jīng)濟(jì)與一體的產(chǎn)業(yè)部門(mén),成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn),成為國(guó)家財(cái)富和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要標(biāo)志之一。體育已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)綜合實(shí)力特別是文化軟實(shí)力的重要體現(xiàn),是觀察其政治經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,社會(huì)文明程度和未來(lái)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ闹匾翱?是文化交流和傳播的重要載體,成為蔚為壯觀的文化現(xiàn)象。而體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的新型低碳環(huán)保的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),毅然成為社會(huì)主義文化事業(yè)的重要組成部分,是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要杠桿。在全球化發(fā)展的時(shí)代研究體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法,比較法等對(duì)蕪湖市體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)理論分析,從宏觀角度來(lái)闡述表達(dá)體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)概念及基本情況,參照安徽省體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè),針對(duì)蕪湖市體育文化發(fā)展的歷程、現(xiàn)狀、特征,以及發(fā)展趨向進(jìn)行實(shí)證性研究。論文從“十一五”期間的蕪湖市體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,到“十二五”期間蕪湖市體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展調(diào)查結(jié)果與分析：如產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模與結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題,經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、受教育程度與體育消費(fèi)問(wèn)題,居民參加體育鍛煉的調(diào)查情況,缺乏社會(huì)輿論宣傳與社會(huì)支持,人才培養(yǎng)缺乏和高層次管理理念等問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究分析。在正對(duì)此結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上提出發(fā)展對(duì)策：如渠道環(huán)境中,發(fā)展思路。以期為我市體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供理論參考。研究結(jié)果表明蕪湖市體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模,但總體水平還有待提高。本文不足的地方,由于視角的局限性,缺少對(duì)體育人口等有關(guān)方面的調(diào)查,繼學(xué)位論文之后的斷續(xù)研究。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015) for the development of sports industry in Wuhu City, this paper puts forward the development channels, development ideas and concrete suggestions for the existing problems, according to the requirements of the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Sports undertakings in Anhui Province. In order to realize the development of sports culture industry under the strategy of "strong country of culture" and the goal of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Anhui Province, this paper puts forward some thoughts on the development path of Wuhu sports culture industry through the empirical research on Wuhu sports culture industry. In recent years, with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the unceasing popularity of the concept of scientific development, cultural industry, as an industrial department that integrates culture and economy, has become the strategic focus of the development of the national economy. Become one of the important symbols of national wealth and international competitive advantage. Sports has become an important embodiment of the comprehensive strength of a country and a region, especially the soft power of culture, an important window for observing its political and economic environment, the degree of social civilization and the potential for future development, and an important carrier for cultural exchange and dissemination. Become a spectacular cultural phenomenon. The sports culture industry, as a new low carbon and environmental protection sunrise industry of the tertiary industry, has become an important part of the socialist cultural cause and an important lever to promote the economic development. It is of great significance to study the development of sports culture industry in the era of globalization. This paper studies the present situation and development of the sports culture industry in Wuhu by the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis and comparison. Through theoretical analysis, this paper expounds the concept and basic situation of sports culture industry from the macroscopic angle, referring to the sports culture industry of Anhui Province, aiming at the course, present situation and characteristics of the development of sports culture in Wuhu city. And the trend of the development of empirical research. From the present situation of the sports culture industry in Wuhu during the 11th Five-Year Plan period to the investigation result and analysis of the development of the sports culture industry in Wuhu City during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, such as the scale and structure of the industry, economic income, etc. The problems of education and sports consumption, the investigation of residents' participation in physical exercise, the lack of public opinion and social support, the lack of talent training and the concept of high-level management are analyzed in this paper. On the basis of this result, the author puts forward some countermeasures: for example, in the channel environment, the way of development is put forward. In order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of sports culture industry in our city. The results show that Wuhu sports culture industry has taken shape, but the overall level needs to be improved. Because of the limitation of visual angle, this paper lacks the investigation of sports population and the intermittent research after the thesis.
