【摘要】:在金融危機(jī)和“十二五”產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)期間,溫州民營(yíng)企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)危為安已成為亟需探索的問(wèn)題,其能否成功轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)對(duì)全國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)也具有示范性作用。而低壓電器企業(yè)要在日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中更好地參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、贏得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),就必須要在了解自身以及外部市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況的前提下制定正確的發(fā)展策略,掌握企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)理論、方法以及模式。 本文介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理理論的研究和應(yīng)用狀況;對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略分析的模型進(jìn)行了介紹;然后分析了CQ公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,包括公司的員工情況、組織架構(gòu)、財(cái)務(wù)狀況、生產(chǎn)管理以及企業(yè)文化等方面,最后利用IEF矩陣對(duì)公司的內(nèi)部因素進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。接下來(lái),依托PEST分析模型,對(duì)低壓電器行業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境即政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和技術(shù)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,并依據(jù)波特五力模型,從現(xiàn)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者、潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者、替代品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、買(mǎi)方議價(jià)能力和采購(gòu)方的議價(jià)能力這五個(gè)方面對(duì)公司所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,然后利用EFE矩陣對(duì)CQ公司的外部環(huán)境關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。然后,通過(guò)IE矩陣分析和SWOT矩陣對(duì)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行選擇,并依據(jù)戰(zhàn)略理論指出了相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略舉措。最后對(duì)公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障進(jìn)行介紹。 本文通過(guò)IE矩陣分析和SWOT分析,認(rèn)為CQ公司在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型期應(yīng)采取依靠?jī)?nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)利用和外部機(jī)會(huì)的增長(zhǎng)型戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合CQ公司的實(shí)際,可采用差異化戰(zhàn)略、多產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略和國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略,而也有充分的保障措施可以來(lái)實(shí)施這些戰(zhàn)略。本文的相關(guān)理論可以為產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型期其他低壓電器企業(yè)和溫州民營(yíng)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略選擇提供參考。
[Abstract]:During the financial crisis and the industrial transformation and upgrading of the 12th Five-Year Plan, how to carry out strategic design for Wenzhou private enterprises has become a problem that needs to be explored urgently, and whether it can be successfully transformed and upgraded also plays an exemplary role for private enterprises throughout the country. In order to participate in the competition and gain the competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce market competition, the low-voltage electric appliance enterprises must make the correct development strategy on the premise of knowing themselves and the competition condition of the external market. Master relevant theories, methods and models of enterprise development strategy. This paper introduces the research and application of enterprise development strategy management theory at home and abroad, introduces the model of enterprise strategy analysis, and then analyzes the internal environment of CQ company, including employee situation, organization structure, financial situation, etc. Finally, IEF matrix is used to evaluate the internal factors of the company. Then, based on the PEST analysis model, this paper analyzes the macro environment of the low-voltage electrical equipment industry, that is, the political, economic, social and technological environment, and according to the Porter's five-force model, from the existing competitors, potential competitors, substitute competition, This paper analyzes the competitive environment faced by the company from the five aspects of the buyer's bargaining power and the buyer's bargaining power, and then evaluates the key factors of the external environment of CQ company by using the EFE matrix. Then, through the analysis of IE matrix and SWOT matrix, the development strategy of the company is selected, and the corresponding strategic measures are pointed out according to the strategic theory. At last, it introduces the guarantee of the implementation of the company's strategy. Based on the analysis of IE matrix and SWOT, this paper holds that CQ Company should adopt the growth strategy which depends on the utilization of internal advantages and external opportunities in the period of industrial transformation, combined with the actual situation of CQ Company, it can adopt the strategy of differentiation. Multi-product strategy and internationalization strategy, and there are sufficient safeguards to implement these strategies. The relevant theories in this paper can provide reference for the strategic choice of other low-voltage electrical enterprises and Wenzhou private enterprises in the period of industrial transformation.
