【摘要】：在無法阻止阿連德當(dāng)選為智利總統(tǒng),且不能直接使用武力對(duì)付他的情況下,尼克松政府采取了"平靜而得體"的政策來遏制阿連德政權(quán)。雖然美國表面上對(duì)阿連德的上臺(tái)反應(yīng)平靜,與其打交道時(shí)也得體地按照國際慣例行事,不讓人看出美國對(duì)他有任何不滿的痕跡,但在這背后,美國綜合運(yùn)用政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)與軍事上的軟進(jìn)攻手段來扶持阿連德的反對(duì)派、破壞智利經(jīng)濟(jì),并向智利軍隊(duì)滲透,以期推動(dòng)阿連德走向倒臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:The Nixon administration has adopted a " calm and decent " policy to curb the Alian regime in the absence of a direct use of force against President Chile . While the U.S . surface is calm in its dealings with Mr . Alende , it is not clear that the United States has any signs of discontent with him , but behind this , the United States has used political , economic and military soft - offensive means to support the opposition of the Chilean economy and to infiltrate the Chilean army with a view to pushing the Arup to the downfall .
