【摘要】：正解放軍出版社最近出版了南京政治學(xué)院軍事歷史青年學(xué)者費(fèi)志杰撰寫的《華洋軍品貿(mào)易的管理與實(shí)施(1860—1911)》,這是一部史論與史料俱佳的軍事歷史力作。1840年西方列強(qiáng)依靠船堅(jiān)炮利敲開中國大門,此后外國商品以空前的規(guī)模涌入中國,對(duì)于基本上還處于冷兵器時(shí)代的中華帝國而言,軍事用品的進(jìn)口不僅使極度落后的清朝軍隊(duì)藉此開始加速向近代軍隊(duì)靠攏,并在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技等方面均產(chǎn)生了重大的影響。由于資料的原因,歷來對(duì)近代軍品的進(jìn)口研究不足,長期處于初步的階段,遂使得這方面的歷史狀況,較少為學(xué)界所知
[Abstract]:Fei Zhijie, a young scholar of military history at the Nanjing political academy, recently published "the management and implementation of the arms trade in china" (1860-1911). This is a masterpiece of military history with both historical theories and historical materials. 1840 The great powers relied on ships and guns to knock open the gates of China. After that, foreign goods poured into China on an unprecedented scale. For the Chinese Empire, which was basically still in the cold weapons era, the import of military supplies not only enabled the extremely backward Qing Dynasty troops to speed up their approach to the modern army, but also became political. Economic, scientific and technological aspects have had a major impact. Because of the reasons of the data, the research on the import of modern military products has always been insufficient, and has been in the initial stage for a long time, thus making the historical situation in this respect less known to the academic circle.
