【摘要】：正進(jìn)入全球化時(shí)代以后,資源要素在全球范圍快速流動(dòng),帶來了政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和生活方式的全球化,也造成了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的全球化,人類社會(huì)面臨比以往任何時(shí)候都更多的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)�，F(xiàn)代社會(huì)中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)呈現(xiàn)出隱蔽性、關(guān)聯(lián)性和多樣性,核風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)、區(qū)域環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、恐怖極端主義,這些因素引發(fā)全球的連鎖反應(yīng),卻又難以感知預(yù)測(cè)和有效控制。從我國來看,主要表現(xiàn)為新時(shí)代的人主體意識(shí)增強(qiáng)帶來的社會(huì)需要多樣性,
[Abstract]:After entering the era of globalization, the elements of resources flow rapidly in the global scope, which brings the globalization of politics, economy, culture and way of life, and also causes the globalization of risks. The human society is facing more risks than ever before.The risks in modern society show concealment, relevance and diversity, nuclear risk, global economic crisis, regional environmental risk, terrorist extremism, these factors cause the global chain reaction, but it is difficult to perceive and effectively control.From the point of view of our country, it is mainly manifested in the diversity of social needs brought about by the enhancement of human subjective consciousness in the new era.
