【摘要】：全球化已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今世界的最顯著特征，也是未來世界發(fā)展的主旋律。因?yàn)槿蚧粌H涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域，還深刻影響著世界各民族文化的發(fā)展形勢，是國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。馬克思的世界歷史理論也指證了全球化的存在，并詳細(xì)分析了經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的二重性：一是生產(chǎn)社會化的范圍擴(kuò)展至整個(gè)世界，，二是資本主義生產(chǎn)方式的全球性擴(kuò)張。因此，在全球化浪潮的沖擊下，如何處理文化的民族性和世界性的辯證關(guān)系，如何引導(dǎo)民族自身文化的健康發(fā)展并制定適合本民族文化發(fā)展的文化戰(zhàn)略和文化政策，無疑就成為亟待解決的重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。而本文則對此問題做了嘗試性的探究。 文章通過對“全球化”概念，特別是馬克思世界歷史理論的論述，展開對世界各民族文化發(fā)展的探究，詳細(xì)論述了全球化視域下的民族文化特征、時(shí)代價(jià)值以及各民族文化沖突和融合的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀態(tài)。事實(shí)上，早期影響全球化的重要因素是貿(mào)易，而近代影響全球化的重要因素則是資本擴(kuò)張，資本擴(kuò)張的本性促使世界市場體系的形成，將整個(gè)世界聯(lián)結(jié)起來，使人類歷史超出國界和區(qū)域范圍，形成統(tǒng)一的世界歷史。而世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不平衡，使得國際市場的競爭白熱化，世界各民族文化始終處于沖突和融合的狀態(tài)。隨著全球化的不斷加深，民族文化的發(fā)展遇到很多新矛盾、新問題。例如，如何處理全球化與民族化的關(guān)系問題、發(fā)達(dá)國家的強(qiáng)勢民族文化與不發(fā)達(dá)國家的弱勢文化的關(guān)系問題、全球性的大眾文化與民族國家的精英文化的關(guān)系問題等。世界各個(gè)民族文化作為個(gè)體參與其中，各民族文化雖然不分優(yōu)劣，但有強(qiáng)弱之分，西方強(qiáng)勢文化在全球化競爭中處于主導(dǎo)地位，所奉行的文化霸權(quán)主義給相對弱勢文化帶來一定威脅。在世界各民族文化交往過程中，作為中國文化必然要走向世界，我們必須爭取主動、互利共進(jìn)，根據(jù)全球化對中國文化的實(shí)際影響采取相應(yīng)的措施，制定正確的戰(zhàn)略選擇：重視傳統(tǒng)文化，弘揚(yáng)民族文化；堅(jiān)持文化創(chuàng)新，激發(fā)創(chuàng)造活力；堅(jiān)持文化開放，增強(qiáng)輻射能力；堅(jiān)持科教興國，發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)。 可見，我們只有深刻把握文化民族性和世界性的辯證關(guān)系，認(rèn)清我國現(xiàn)階段文化發(fā)展的問題，完善我國文化發(fā)展的體制機(jī)制，才能以海納百川的胸懷汲取世界各民族文化的精華，促進(jìn)我國文化的健康發(fā)展，在世界文化領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Globalization has become the most prominent feature of the world today and the main theme of future world development, because globalization not only involves the economic field, but also profoundly affects the development situation of the cultures of all ethnic groups in the world. Marx's theory of world history also proves the existence of globalization and analyzes the duality of economic globalization in detail: first, the scope of socialization of production extends to the whole world. Second, the global expansion of the capitalist mode of production. Therefore, under the impact of the wave of globalization, how to deal with the dialectical relationship between the national character of culture and the world, There is no doubt that how to guide the healthy development of the national culture and formulate the cultural strategy and policy suitable for the development of the national culture has become an important practical problem to be solved. Through the discussion of the concept of "globalization", especially Marx's theory of world history, this paper explores the cultural development of all nationalities in the world, and discusses in detail the characteristics of national culture from the perspective of globalization. In fact, trade was an important factor that affected globalization in the early stage, while capital expansion was the most important factor affecting globalization in modern times. The nature of capital expansion promotes the formation of the world market system, connects the whole world, makes human history transcend national boundaries and regions, and forms a unified world history, and the imbalance of world political and economic development, With the deepening of globalization, the development of national culture has encountered many new contradictions and problems. For example, How to deal with the relationship between globalization and nationalization, the relationship between the strong national culture of developed countries and the weak culture of underdeveloped countries, The relationship between the global mass culture and the elite culture of the nation-state, and so on. As an individual, the cultures of all ethnic groups in the world participate in them. Although each national culture does not distinguish between good and bad, it has a distinction of strength and weakness. Western strong culture plays a leading role in the globalization competition, and the cultural hegemonism it pursues brings a certain threat to the relatively weak culture. In the process of cultural exchanges among different nationalities in the world, as a Chinese culture, the Chinese culture must go to the world. We must strive for initiative, mutual benefit and common progress, take corresponding measures according to the actual influence of globalization on Chinese culture, formulate correct strategic choice: attach importance to traditional culture, carry forward national culture, persist in cultural innovation and stimulate creative vitality; Adhere to the opening up of culture, enhance radiation capacity; adhere to science and education to rejuvenate the country, the development of cultural industries. It can be seen that we only have a profound grasp of the dialectical relationship between the cultural nationality and the world, a clear understanding of the problems of cultural development in our country at the present stage, and the perfection of the institutional mechanism for the cultural development of our country. In order to absorb the essence of the cultures of all nationalities in the world, we can promote the healthy development of our culture and play a certain role in the field of world culture.
