【摘要】：當(dāng)下之中國(guó)社會(huì)，潛規(guī)則已如影隨形般潛入到現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域和角落。它們自身具有很強(qiáng)的隱蔽性，常常隱藏在正式規(guī)則的背后混跡于中國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和社會(huì)生活的方方面面。在不同的環(huán)境和條件下，潛規(guī)則還非常善于偽裝和保護(hù)自己，它們會(huì)根據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境的變化去改變自己的表現(xiàn)形式，以求得在新環(huán)境中立足和生存。潛規(guī)則生成之后會(huì)迅速蔓延，不斷擴(kuò)張以壯大自身的力量，，進(jìn)而潛伏在社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的破壞性，嚴(yán)重阻礙當(dāng)下中國(guó)社會(huì)的全面進(jìn)步與發(fā)展。鑒于潛規(guī)則的巨大危害性，它儼然已成為中國(guó)當(dāng)下社會(huì)迫切需要解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。 本論文主體分為三個(gè)部分：在馬克思主義哲學(xué)視閾下，結(jié)合當(dāng)下中國(guó)的現(xiàn)實(shí)生活對(duì)潛規(guī)則的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵與生成原因進(jìn)行反思和批判，然后在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)潛規(guī)則的表現(xiàn)形式進(jìn)行分析，此為第一部分的內(nèi)容。在反思潛規(guī)則生成原因和表現(xiàn)形式的基礎(chǔ)上，本文進(jìn)一步探析了潛規(guī)則在當(dāng)下中國(guó)社會(huì)中的運(yùn)行機(jī)制，以及潛規(guī)則在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中所產(chǎn)生的強(qiáng)大破壞性，此為第二部分的內(nèi)容。本文的第三部分則探尋了超越潛規(guī)則的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑與方法，以求達(dá)到消除潛規(guī)則，為中國(guó)當(dāng)下社會(huì)主義建設(shè)服務(wù)之目的。 本論文的創(chuàng)新之處在于直接從中國(guó)當(dāng)下的現(xiàn)實(shí)生活著眼，對(duì)潛規(guī)則進(jìn)行全面的反思，并在反思潛規(guī)則的基礎(chǔ)之上找到超越潛規(guī)則的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑與方法。運(yùn)用超越潛規(guī)則的現(xiàn)實(shí)方法，從根本上解決中國(guó)當(dāng)下社會(huì)的潛規(guī)則問(wèn)題，為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”掃清障礙。
[Abstract]:In the present Chinese society, the hidden rules have sneaked into every field and corner of real life like a shadow. They have a strong concealment and are often hidden behind the formal rules in Chinese politics and economy. All aspects of cultural and social life. Under different circumstances and conditions, the hidden rules are also very good at camouflaging and protecting themselves, they will change their forms of expression according to the changes of the real environment. In order to gain a foothold and survive in the new environment. After the formation of the latent rules will spread rapidly, expand constantly to strengthen their own strength, and then lurking in all areas of social life, resulting in a powerful destructive, In view of the great harmfulness of the latent rules, it has become an urgent practical problem that needs to be solved in the present Chinese society. The main body of this paper is divided into three parts: from the perspective of Marxist philosophy, combining with the real life of China at present, this paper reflects on and criticizes the essential connotation and the reasons of the formation of latent rules. Then on the basis of the analysis of the manifestation of latent rules, this is the content of the first part. On the basis of reflection on the causes and manifestations of the formation of latent rules, this paper further explores the operating mechanism of latent rules in the present Chinese society. This is the content of the second part. The third part of this paper explores the practical ways and methods of surmounting the latent rules in order to eliminate the hidden rules. Serve the purpose of China's current socialist construction. The innovation of this paper is to reflect on the hidden rules directly from the real life of China. On the basis of reflecting on the latent rules, the author finds the realistic path and method of surmounting the latent rules. By using the practical method of surpassing the latent rules, the problem of the latent rules in the present society of China is solved fundamentally. To achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, "Chinese Dream" clear the obstacles.
