【摘要】：自2007年《合作社法》頒布后,合作社蓬勃發(fā)展,但是按單一農(nóng)產(chǎn)品建立的專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社規(guī)模小、功能窄、作用有限,專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社質(zhì)量良莠不齊。再加之一些合作社是為了合作社而合作社,“假合作社”、“空殼社”隨處可見(jiàn)。我國(guó)專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社的先天不足后天畸形,急切需要我們發(fā)展符合我國(guó)國(guó)情的、適合我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)土民情的村社綜合合作社。村社綜合合作社是以農(nóng)村社區(qū)為邊界,建立在專(zhuān)業(yè)合作基礎(chǔ)上的以金融合作為核心的合作社形式。發(fā)展合作金融為農(nóng)村的發(fā)展注入活力。發(fā)展村社綜合合作社不再是滿(mǎn)足于單一的經(jīng)濟(jì)目的,而是在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和社會(huì)全方位的滿(mǎn)足農(nóng)民的安居樂(lè)業(yè),享受生活。不只是農(nóng)業(yè)的增產(chǎn)、農(nóng)民的增收,更是農(nóng)民精神面貌的改變和農(nóng)村精神文明的提高。本文大致分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分是對(duì)合作社國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理;第二部分是村社綜合合作社生長(zhǎng)機(jī)理的理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分是我國(guó)綜合合作社生長(zhǎng)機(jī)理的實(shí)證分析,結(jié)合典型案例進(jìn)行分析;第四部分是分析了目前綜合合作社發(fā)展面臨的問(wèn)題;第五部分是對(duì)發(fā)展綜合合作社的政策建議。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、案例分析法和多學(xué)科研究相結(jié)合的方法,創(chuàng)新之處在于將合作社的發(fā)展寓于我國(guó)小農(nóng)村社整體環(huán)境中,試圖找到合作經(jīng)濟(jì)理論與我國(guó)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)實(shí)的結(jié)合點(diǎn),尋找我國(guó)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Since the enactment of the Cooperatives Act in 2007, cooperatives have flourished, but specialized production cooperatives based on a single agricultural product are small in size, narrow in function and limited in function. The quality of professional cooperatives is mixed. In addition, some cooperatives are cooperatives for the sake of cooperatives. "fake cooperatives" and "shell cooperatives" are everywhere. There is an urgent need for us to develop integrated cooperatives of the village community, which are suited to the local conditions of our country and which are in line with the national conditions of our country. The integrated cooperatives of the village community are borderline with the rural communities, Cooperative form based on financial cooperation based on professional cooperation. Development cooperation finance infuses vitality into rural development. The development of village cooperatives is no longer satisfied with a single economic purpose, but in politics and economy. The culture and society in all directions satisfy the peasants to live and work in peace and contentment and enjoy their life. It is not only the increase in agricultural production, but also the increase in farmers' income. This article is divided into five parts: the first part is to comb the present situation of the cooperative research at home and abroad, the second part is the theoretical basis of the growth mechanism of the village cooperative; The third part is the empirical analysis of the growth mechanism of China's comprehensive cooperatives, combined with typical cases to analyze; 4th is the analysis of the current problems faced by the development of integrated cooperatives; The 5th part is the policy suggestion to the development of the comprehensive cooperative. This article uses the literature analysis method, the case analysis method and the multi-disciplinary research method, the innovation lies in the cooperative development in the overall environment of the small rural cooperative of our country. This paper tries to find the joint point between the theory of cooperative economy and the reality of our country's countryside, and to find the way of the development of cooperative economic organization in our country.
