【摘要】：“嚴(yán)格控制大城市規(guī)劃,合理發(fā)展中等城市和小城鎮(zhèn)”是我國(guó)城市建設(shè)基本方針。小城鎮(zhèn)是組成城市體系的重要一部分。小城鎮(zhèn)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科學(xué)、文化中心在該管轄內(nèi)有著重要影響。雖然近些年小城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)有所發(fā)展,但是同發(fā)達(dá)城市相比,仍舊存在一定差距。導(dǎo)致打亂生態(tài)平衡,使環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì)遭到破壞是當(dāng)前建設(shè)小城鎮(zhèn)手段。因此需要加強(qiáng)小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)。尤其在小城鎮(zhèn)綠地系統(tǒng)方面.小城鎮(zhèn)根據(jù)其自身環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì),選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)某鞘幸?guī)劃,將到達(dá)這一目標(biāo)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展背景詳細(xì)陳述,分析小城鎮(zhèn)綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃特點(diǎn),同時(shí)提出目前小城鎮(zhèn)綠地規(guī)劃過(guò)程中存在城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃脫離城市規(guī)劃、忽略規(guī)劃大環(huán)境區(qū)域、綠地布局結(jié)構(gòu)單一、綠地指標(biāo)缺乏靈動(dòng)性等問(wèn)題,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)小城鎮(zhèn)特點(diǎn)分析和小城鎮(zhèn)綠地建設(shè)的不足,以華北地區(qū)典型的轉(zhuǎn)型小城鎮(zhèn)——JS縣舉例說(shuō)明,我們經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查研究,對(duì)綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃結(jié)合生態(tài)安全理論進(jìn)行探索研究,形成以生態(tài)安全理論為基礎(chǔ)的城鎮(zhèn)綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃,向綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃研究領(lǐng)域發(fā)展。通過(guò)美化綠地,保護(hù)歷史文化,建立城鎮(zhèn)核心保護(hù)區(qū),建設(shè)綠地廊道,改造生態(tài)廊道,保持城鎮(zhèn)整體生態(tài)和諧,將JS縣打造成綠色、生態(tài)、環(huán)保、優(yōu)美的宜居城鎮(zhèn)。未來(lái)的小城鎮(zhèn)綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃會(huì)朝著生態(tài)環(huán)保、當(dāng)?shù)靥厣�、文化融合、城鄉(xiāng)一體化等方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:"strictly controlling the planning of large cities and rationally developing medium-sized cities and small towns" is the basic policy of urban construction in our country. Small towns are an important part of the urban system, and the political, economic and scientific aspects of small towns, Cultural centers have an important influence within this jurisdiction. Although the economy of small towns has developed in recent years, compared with developed cities, there is still a certain gap, which leads to the disruption of ecological balance. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of small towns, especially with regard to the green space system of small towns. According to their own environmental advantages, small cities and towns should choose appropriate urban planning. Based on the detailed description of the background of the development of small towns, this paper analyzes the characteristics of green space system planning in small towns, and points out that there is a gap between urban green space system planning and urban planning in the process of green space planning in small towns. Ignoring the problems of planning big environment area, single layout structure of green space, lack of intelligence of green space index, and so on, through analyzing the characteristics of small town and the deficiency of green space construction of small town, taking the example of JS county, a typical transition town in North China, as an example, Through investigation and study, we explored and studied the green space system planning combined with the ecological security theory, and formed the urban green space system planning based on the ecological security theory, which developed into the field of green space system planning. By beautifying the green space, Protect the history and culture, establish the town core protection area, construct the green space corridor, transform the ecological corridor, keep the overall ecological harmony of the town, build JS county into green, ecological, environmental protection, The planning of green space system of small towns in the future will develop in the direction of ecological environmental protection, local characteristics, cultural integration, integration of urban and rural areas, and so on.
