【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的頻發(fā)使亞洲國(guó)家逐步意識(shí)到，在國(guó)際資本大規(guī)模高速度流動(dòng)和美元匯率頻繁波動(dòng)的背景下，盯住美元匯率制度的不合理性。在亞洲這樣一個(gè)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)高度關(guān)聯(lián)的區(qū)域內(nèi)，區(qū)域貨幣合作機(jī)制發(fā)育不健全對(duì)該地區(qū)的金融穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的消極影響。 亞洲政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、地理環(huán)境和宗教文化的復(fù)雜性以及區(qū)域內(nèi)主導(dǎo)錨貨幣的缺失使得目前區(qū)域內(nèi)貨幣合作的步伐前進(jìn)的異常艱辛。因此急需在區(qū)域內(nèi)發(fā)展一個(gè)強(qiáng)勢(shì)的主導(dǎo)錨貨幣帶領(lǐng)亞洲國(guó)家早日實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域貨幣一體化和經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，避免金融危機(jī)的再次爆發(fā)，為亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。 本文采用定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的分析方法。定性分析從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各方面分析金融危機(jī)后美元、日元和人民幣作為亞洲錨貨幣的可行性。定量分析主要使用Frankel和Wei在2008年改進(jìn)的新外部貨幣模型，利用歷史匯率數(shù)據(jù)檢驗(yàn)金融危機(jī)后世界四大關(guān)鍵錨貨幣在亞洲貨幣籃子中權(quán)重的變化情況，以及人民幣在亞洲影響力的變動(dòng)情況。結(jié)果表明金融危機(jī)后美元的權(quán)重變化不大，美元仍然是亞洲各國(guó)貨幣籃子中的主要錨貨幣；日元的權(quán)重大大降低；歐元和英鎊在亞洲貨幣籃子中權(quán)重不大，人民幣影響力有所上升，顯現(xiàn)出成為區(qū)域主導(dǎo)錨貨幣的潛力；亞洲國(guó)家越來(lái)越注重貨幣籃子的多樣性，提高匯率制度彈性。 隨著中國(guó)綜合實(shí)力的提升，人民幣國(guó)際化的不斷推進(jìn)，人民幣成為區(qū)域主導(dǎo)錨貨幣的呼聲越來(lái)越高。我們要大力發(fā)展人民幣國(guó)際化，，爭(zhēng)取使人民幣早日成為亞洲區(qū)域主導(dǎo)錨貨幣，帶領(lǐng)亞洲實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域貨幣一體化和經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化。
[Abstract]:The frequent economic crisis that Asian countries gradually realized that, in the international capital flow high speed and the dollar exchange rate fluctuation background, unreasonable exchange rate peg in Asia. Such an entity is highly related to economic area, the regional monetary cooperation mechanism imperfect and had a serious negative impact on the the regional financial stability and economic development.
Asian politics, economy, the lack of leading anchor currency geographical environment and religious culture and the complexity of the region makes difficult the regional currency cooperation pace. So it is urgent to develop a strong leading anchor currency in Asian countries led the early realization of regional monetary integration and economic integration in the region, to avoid the outbreak of the financial crisis and lay the foundation for sustained and stable economic development in Asia.
