【摘要】："一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略是連接"中國(guó)夢(mèng)"與國(guó)家興旺發(fā)達(dá)的橋梁,是集政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等于一體的全方位發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略在我國(guó)文化建設(shè)中的地位很重要,是傳承與傳播我國(guó)文化的重要舉措,開(kāi)創(chuàng)了我國(guó)文化"走出去"的新天地。巴蜀地區(qū)擁有深厚的文化底蘊(yùn),是我國(guó)先進(jìn)文化的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域。充分發(fā)揮巴蜀文化的作用力,是文化傳播和交流的重要戰(zhàn)略。文化的傳承與傳播,不僅僅是在國(guó)內(nèi),而應(yīng)當(dāng)是擴(kuò)大其國(guó)際影響力。"一帶一路"是全面推進(jìn)文化"走出去"的戰(zhàn)略,為壯大我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的實(shí)力,向世界全面展示我國(guó)文化悠久歷史和民族精神搭建了平臺(tái)。本文以"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略為切入點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)論述巴蜀文化的國(guó)際拓展。巴蜀地區(qū)深厚的文化底蘊(yùn)和豐富的人文精神,應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)玫绞澜绲恼J(rèn)同和理解。因此,國(guó)際拓展是巴蜀文化走向全世界的途徑。本文以"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略為契機(jī),從巴蜀地區(qū)深厚的文化底蘊(yùn)、廣博的人文情懷、豐富的文化資源、優(yōu)良的傳統(tǒng)、先進(jìn)的文化理念等角度出發(fā),論述巴蜀文化向國(guó)際拓展的策略。巴蜀地區(qū)的美食、人文、旅游、地理環(huán)境、歷史、多民族的人文風(fēng)貌等,都應(yīng)當(dāng)在"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的指引下,走向世界,在國(guó)際大舞臺(tái)展示它的魅力。
[Abstract]:The strategy of "Belt and Road" is a bridge connecting "Chinese Dream" with the prosperity of the country, and it is an all-directional development strategy that integrates politics, economy and culture into one. The position of the "Belt and Road" strategy in the cultural construction of our country is very important. It is an important measure to inherit and spread Chinese culture, and has opened a new world for Chinese culture to "go out." Bashu region has profound cultural background and is the key area of advanced culture in our country, giving full play to the force of Bashu culture. It is an important strategy for cultural communication and communication. The inheritance and dissemination of culture, not only at home but also at home, should expand its international influence. "Belt and Road" is a strategy to promote culture "going out" in an all-round way. In order to strengthen the strength of China's cultural industry, a platform has been set up to comprehensively show the long history of Chinese culture and the national spirit to the world. The emphasis is on the international development of Bashu culture. The deep cultural background and rich humanistic spirit in Bashu region should be recognized and understood by the world. International development is the way for Bashu culture to go to the whole world. This paper takes Belt and Road as a turning point, from the deep cultural background, extensive humanistic feelings, rich cultural resources and fine tradition in Bashu region. From the perspective of advanced cultural concepts, this paper discusses the strategy of expanding Bashu culture to the international community. The food, humanities, tourism, geographical environment, history, and multi-national humanistic style of Bashu region should be guided by the strategy of "Belt and Road". Go to the world and show its charm on the international stage.
