【摘要】:我國(guó)的中等職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)已逐步發(fā)展成為我國(guó)教育體系中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的初、中級(jí)勞動(dòng)者和技能型人才的使命,特別是在我國(guó)實(shí)行創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略、推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整的背景下,中等職業(yè)教育越來(lái)越受到關(guān)注。但是,隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型、改革深入,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校特別是內(nèi)地的中職學(xué)校在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)沖擊下面臨著巨大的生存壓力。當(dāng)前的職業(yè)教育還不能完全適應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理,質(zhì)量有待提高,辦學(xué)條件薄弱,體制機(jī)制不暢,使得很多中職學(xué)校缺乏核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。如何使中職教育走長(zhǎng)期可持續(xù)性發(fā)展道路,是擺在中職學(xué);蛘哒f(shuō)整個(gè)社會(huì)面前的重要問(wèn)題。因此,本文在認(rèn)真研習(xí)了戰(zhàn)略管理理論和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,深入了解了四川省綿陽(yáng)農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)校(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“綿陽(yáng)農(nóng)!)現(xiàn)如今所面臨的難題,層層分析學(xué)校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。首先運(yùn)用PEST分析法,通過(guò)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和技術(shù)要素四個(gè)方面的因素分析,從總體上把握宏觀(guān)環(huán)境,并評(píng)價(jià)這些因素對(duì)學(xué)校戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略制定的影響;在行業(yè)分析中,通過(guò)和綿陽(yáng)市的其他職業(yè)學(xué)校的對(duì)比分析,明確整個(gè)行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì);在分析內(nèi)外部機(jī)會(huì)與威脅時(shí),運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,分析出學(xué)校自身的實(shí)力與不足。最終制定出適合該校發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,并提出保障措施。本文的研究對(duì)四川省綿陽(yáng)農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)校在現(xiàn)有體制下成功轉(zhuǎn)型,使之找到適合自己的生存之道,確立自己獨(dú)特的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)提供了理論支撐,同時(shí)也能給其他中職學(xué)校的生存發(fā)展作參考,促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The secondary vocational education in our country has gradually developed into an important link in the educational system of our country. It is shouldering the mission of training high quality and intermediate workers and skilled personnel, especially implementing the innovation-driven strategy in our country. Under the background of promoting the strategic adjustment of the economic structure, secondary vocational education has attracted more and more attention. However, with the transformation of China's economy, the reform has deepened. The secondary vocational schools, especially the secondary vocational schools in the mainland, are facing enormous survival pressure under the impact of the market economy. The current vocational education cannot fully meet the needs of social and economic development, the structure is not reasonable, and the quality needs to be improved. Many secondary vocational schools lack the core competence due to weak running conditions and poor institutional mechanisms. How to make secondary vocational education take the path of long-term sustainable development is an important issue facing the secondary vocational schools or the whole society. On the basis of studying the theory and method of strategic management, this paper deeply understands the difficult problems faced by Mianyang Agricultural School of Sichuan Province (hereinafter referred to as "Mianyang Agricultural School"). First of all, using PEST analysis method, through the political, economic, social and technical factors of the four factors analysis, from the overall grasp of the macro environment, It also evaluates the influence of these factors on the strategic goal and strategy formulation of the school, and in the course of industry analysis, through the comparative analysis with other vocational schools in Mianyang City, clarifies the present situation and the future development trend of the whole industry. In the analysis of internal and external opportunities and threats, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the strength and insufficiency of the school itself. Finally, a strategy suitable for the development of the school is worked out. The research in this paper provides theoretical support for the successful transformation of Mianyang Agricultural School in Sichuan Province under the existing system, so that it can find a suitable way to survive and establish its own unique core competitive advantage. At the same time, it can give reference to the survival and development of other secondary vocational schools, and promote the healthy development of secondary vocational schools.
