【摘要】：2011年12月6日由世界衛(wèi)生組織、世界銀行等機(jī)構(gòu)完成的《世界殘疾報(bào)告》指出，全球人口殘疾率估數(shù)已由上世紀(jì)70年代以來的10％升高至如今的15％。目前中國各類殘疾人總數(shù)已達(dá)8500萬人，國家越來越要求加強(qiáng)殘疾人文化建設(shè)，促進(jìn)殘疾人文化與社會(huì)主義文化的同步發(fā)展與繁榮，在對政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)生活提出不同要求的同時(shí)，也必然影響產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。我國60%以上的殘疾人需要配備輔助用品和特殊用具。目前，我國的殘疾人用品、用具除少數(shù)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與國外同等檔次的產(chǎn)品接近外，多數(shù)屬于中低檔產(chǎn)品，其中大部分產(chǎn)品仍處于規(guī)模小、設(shè)計(jì)水平偏低、產(chǎn)品性能不穩(wěn)定的狀況。雖然針對殘障人群進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品有不少，但是卻沒有充分地考慮到殘障人士的生理和心理特點(diǎn)以及情感需求。這使的殘障人士在物質(zhì)生活以及精神生活上都得不到很好的關(guān)懷性滿足。 本論文以適應(yīng)中國殘障人士的產(chǎn)品為研究對象，以移情設(shè)計(jì)的理論解決特殊人群一系列問題的思想為指導(dǎo)，結(jié)合人機(jī)工程學(xué)、通用設(shè)計(jì)理論、殘障人士心理學(xué)等相關(guān)知識(shí)，系統(tǒng)分析了殘障人士的生理、心理特征�；谝魄樵O(shè)計(jì)方法中“移情理解”這種人類學(xué)上的研究方法運(yùn)用到殘障人士產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中，首次尋求用移情設(shè)計(jì)方法來指導(dǎo)殘障人士產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的可行性，首次驗(yàn)證運(yùn)用移情設(shè)計(jì)方法在殘障人士專用產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中是行之有效的方法，為移情設(shè)計(jì)在殘障人產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用的理論到實(shí)現(xiàn)過程，起到一定的理論指導(dǎo)作用。通過對殘障人士的專用產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的深入分析和研究，發(fā)掘其中存在的主要問題，，提出解決的辦法，找到一種更加適用的理論體系，并構(gòu)建實(shí)際指導(dǎo)操作的系統(tǒng)流程。 論文最后通過案例驗(yàn)證提出的設(shè)計(jì)原則與設(shè)計(jì)方法。填補(bǔ)了現(xiàn)今國內(nèi)在這方面設(shè)計(jì)與研究的缺失，對我國殘障人士專用產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)具有借鑒意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The World report on Disability, completed in December 6th 2011 by the World Health Organization, the World Bank and others, states that. The estimated global population disability rate has risen from 10% since -30s to 15 today. At present, the total number of disabled people of all types in China has reached 85 million. The country is increasingly demanding to strengthen the cultural construction of the disabled. To promote the simultaneous development and prosperity of the culture of the disabled and the socialist culture, while putting forward different demands on political, economic and social life, It must also affect product design. More than 60% disabled people in China need to be equipped with auxiliary supplies and special appliances. At present, the quality of a few products for disabled people in our country is close to that of products of the same grade abroad. Most of them belong to middle and low grade products, most of which are still in small scale, low level of design and unstable performance. Although there are many products designed for the disabled, However, the physical and psychological characteristics and emotional needs of the disabled are not fully taken into account. This thesis takes the products suitable for the disabled in China as the research object, the theory of empathy design as the guide to solve a series of problems of special people, and combines the relevant knowledge of ergonomics, general design theory, psychology of the disabled and so on. This paper systematically analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the disabled. Based on the anthropological research method of empathy understanding in the empathy design method, it is applied to the product design of the disabled. It is the first time to seek the feasibility of using empathy design method to guide the product design of the disabled, and to verify for the first time that using empathy design method is an effective method in the design of special products for the disabled. In order to provide some theoretical guidance for the application of empathy design to the realization process of product design for the disabled, through the in-depth analysis and research on the development of special products for the disabled, we can find out the main problems existing therein. Put forward the solution, find a more suitable theoretical system, and build the practical operation of the system flow. At the end of the paper, the design principles and design methods are verified by cases, which fill the lack of design and research in this field in China, and have reference significance and application value for the development of special products for the disabled in China.
