【摘要】：改革開放以來,中國的各項(xiàng)事業(yè)在黨政各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和廣大群眾共同努力下碩果累累。當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下,改革已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到攻堅(jiān)期和深水區(qū),對(duì)具有中國特色的社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)和黨政各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者都是一項(xiàng)重要的考驗(yàn),同時(shí)也是一個(gè)機(jī)遇。一方面,在當(dāng)前時(shí)期條件下,科學(xué)技術(shù)和文化飛速發(fā)展,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)理論和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的能力需要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)得到提升。另一方面,我國古代出現(xiàn)過多次“盛世”的局面,這樣的“盛世”與當(dāng)時(shí)帝王的賢能是分不開的。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)的發(fā)展不僅僅需要依靠當(dāng)代研究成果,同樣也需要從歷史中探尋和借鑒歷史上有作為的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的思想和方法。因此,研究和學(xué)習(xí)康熙這樣的古代帝王的治國理政思想,有助于當(dāng)今領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)學(xué)科的建設(shè),有助于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在從事領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作的時(shí)候保證科學(xué)性。本論文對(duì)康熙治國理政思想和實(shí)踐的基本內(nèi)容做了列舉,以舉例的方式將康熙治國理政思想加以闡釋,分析了康熙治國思想的歷史地位和作用。研究成果對(duì)研究我國古代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思想有相當(dāng)?shù)姆e極意義,對(duì)完善我國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)理論體系和提高我國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力都有所幫助。本論文主要由緒論和正文三大部分組成,緒論部分闡述本論文的選題背景和研究意義,相關(guān)研究綜述,研究方法、研究思路、研究內(nèi)容和本論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第一部分康熙治國理政思想和實(shí)踐的基本內(nèi)容,列舉出康熙治國思想指導(dǎo)下的內(nèi)容與表現(xiàn),包括康熙治國時(shí)的民本思想、用人思想、決策思想和教化思想以及相關(guān)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。第二部分闡述了康熙治國理政思想和實(shí)踐對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和社會(huì)發(fā)展的歷史作用和意義。第三部分對(duì)康熙治國思想和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)并揭示對(duì)現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者從事領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作的啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's various undertakings have been fruitful through the joint efforts of leaders at all levels of the party and government and the masses. Under the current situation, the reform has entered a period of attack and deep water areas. It is an important test and an opportunity for the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics and the leaders of the Party and government at all levels. On the one hand, under the current conditions, science and technology and culture are developing rapidly. The theory of leadership and the ability of leaders need to be improved with the times. On the other hand, there have been many "prosperous times" in ancient China. Such "prosperous times" are inseparable from the talents of emperors at that time. The development of leadership science depends not only on contemporary research results. It is also necessary to explore and draw lessons from the history of the thought and method of the leaders who have done in history. Therefore, it is helpful to the construction of the discipline of leadership to study and study the thoughts of the ancient emperor such as Kangxi. This paper enumerates the basic contents of Kangxi's thought and practice of governing the country, and explains the thought of running the country by way of examples. This paper analyzes the historical status and function of Kangxi's thought of governing the country. This paper mainly consists of the introduction and the main body of three parts. The introduction part describes the background and significance of this paper. Related research review, research methods, research ideas, research content and innovative points of this paper. The first part of Kangxi governance thought and practice of the basic content, listed under the guidance of Kangxi governance thought content and performance. The second part expounds Kangxi's thought and practice of governing the country at that time, including the thought of people, the thought of employing people, the thought of decision-making and the thought of enlightenment, and the related practical activities. The second part expounds the influence of the thought and practice of Kangxi on the politics and economy of that time. The third part evaluates Kangxi's thought and practice of governing the country and reveals the enlightenment to the discipline construction of modern leadership and the leader's leading work.
