【摘要】：美國(guó)無(wú)疑是當(dāng)今世界級(jí)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事的世界霸主。但美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展可以追溯到19世紀(jì)甚至更早。在19世紀(jì),美國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)就得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。首先,在19世紀(jì),美國(guó)的中心化、也叫集中化或城市化發(fā)展很快。另一個(gè)是分散化或擴(kuò)散化,也就是以城市為基礎(chǔ)公共機(jī)構(gòu)也包括公司的機(jī)構(gòu)向外擴(kuò)散。換一句話說(shuō),在城市人口集中的過(guò)程中,城市的范圍在不斷擴(kuò)大,成為美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的引擎。極大地促進(jìn)了美國(guó)資本社會(huì)的發(fā)展。第二個(gè)現(xiàn)象是許多有錢的美國(guó)人向遠(yuǎn)離城市的西部發(fā)展。開發(fā)邊疆也是美國(guó)資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要方面。從地理講造就了全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)更大的城市群。第三個(gè)需要我們研究的是美國(guó)人19世紀(jì)的文化。也就是美國(guó)人的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和市場(chǎng)是如何結(jié)合在一起的。美國(guó)人的價(jià)值觀念是什么?還有美國(guó)人的慈善行為提高了社會(huì)的福利。這些都構(gòu)成了資本主義"孕育"時(shí)期的主要特征。在美國(guó)19世紀(jì)的社會(huì)進(jìn)步過(guò)程中,社會(huì)進(jìn)步的既得利益者與沒(méi)有得到利益的人群之間往往會(huì)產(chǎn)生這樣那樣的矛盾,美國(guó)人總是靠著文化的力量和政府的力量,使社會(huì)矛盾不斷得到解決,沒(méi)有使社會(huì)矛盾阻礙社會(huì)的發(fā)展,相反,在解決矛盾的過(guò)程中,不但推動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)步,也促進(jìn)了社會(huì)的和諧。這是我們研究社會(huì)管理的人應(yīng)該學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒的。
[Abstract]:The United States is undoubtedly the world's world leader in politics, economics and military affairs today. But its economic development dates back to 19th century or earlier. 19th century. The American economy has developed rapidly. First, in 19th century, the centralization of the United States, also known as centralization or urbanization, grew rapidly. The other was decentralization or diffusion. That is, city-based public institutions, as well as corporate ones, spread outwards. In other words, in the process of urban population concentration, the scope of the city is expanding. Become the engine of American economic development. Greatly promote the development of American capital society. The second phenomenon is that many wealthy Americans move to the west far away from the city. The development of frontier is also the development of American capitalist economy. The important aspect. Geographically, it has created a larger urban agglomeration across the country. The third thing we need to study is the American culture of 19th century. That is, American society. How does economic growth and markets fit together? what are the values of Americans? And American philanthropy has improved social welfare. These were the main features of the capitalist "gestation" period, during the social progress in 19th century in the United States. Conflicts often arise between those with vested interests in social progress and those who do not. Americans always rely on the power of culture and the power of government to resolve social contradictions. On the contrary, in the process of resolving the contradiction, it not only promotes the economic progress, but also promotes the social harmony, which should be learned and used for reference by the people who study the social management.
