【摘要】：正中共十七屆四中全會(huì)通過(guò)的《中共中央關(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新形勢(shì)下黨的建設(shè)若干重大問(wèn)題的決定》中明確提出:"健全反腐倡廉網(wǎng)絡(luò)舉報(bào)和受理機(jī)制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息收集和處置機(jī)制。"此后出臺(tái)的《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第十八屆中央紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)第二次全體會(huì)議公報(bào)》也指出:"堅(jiān)決懲治和有效預(yù)防腐敗,是全黨全社會(huì)的共同任務(wù)。"這顯示,主動(dòng)參與反腐對(duì)公眾而言具有"使命感",群眾通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體等揭露腐敗,使之與
[Abstract]:In the decision of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening and improving some important issues of Party Building under the New situation, adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, it is clearly stated: "We will improve the mechanism for reporting and accepting network reports against corruption and promoting integrity, and the mechanism for collecting and disposing of network information." Since then, the Communique of the second Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Commission for discipline Inspection also pointed out: "resolutely punishing and effectively preventing corruption is the common task of the whole party and society." This shows that active participation in the fight against corruption has a "sense of mission" for the public, and the masses expose corruption through the network media and so on.
