【摘要】：對于近代中外關(guān)系,學界至今缺乏對其豐富層面的關(guān)注。廣東省檔案館藏近代郵政專卷表明,在英國"客郵"撤出中國的過程中,中英雙方不僅存在著維護各自利益的交涉斗爭,而且展開了更多內(nèi)容和形式的友好合作。以廣州郵政總局和香港郵政總局為媒介,雙方頻繁溝通,積極配合,在業(yè)務(wù)信息、人力資源、工作制度、匯票發(fā)行、郵政服務(wù)等諸多方面都有良好舉措,其中雖然不乏斗爭成分的交織,但以合作為主體,由此為我國郵政制度的近代化和順利發(fā)展打下了頗好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:For modern Chinese-foreign relations, the academic community has not paid attention to its rich level. The collection of modern postal books in the Archives of Guangdong Province shows that during the withdrawal of Britain from China, there was not only a bargaining struggle between China and Britain to safeguard their respective interests, but also more friendly cooperation in content and form. With the Guangzhou General Post Office and the Hong Kong Post Office as the media, both sides communicate frequently, cooperate actively, and have good measures in business information, human resources, work system, draft issuance, postal services, and so on. Although there is no lack of struggle, but cooperation as the main body, which has laid a good foundation for the modernization and smooth development of China's postal system.
