【摘要】：業(yè)財融合是管理會計(jì)的重要內(nèi)容,財務(wù)與業(yè)務(wù)活動的有機(jī)融合是核算型會計(jì)向價值創(chuàng)造型管理會計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵。河北聯(lián)通開展業(yè)財融合的具體做法包括:確定業(yè)財融合的目標(biāo);調(diào)整財務(wù)組織架構(gòu);建立"管理會計(jì)"加"財務(wù)共享中心"管理模式;明確財務(wù)共享中心的建設(shè)路徑和專業(yè)財務(wù)的建設(shè)路徑。
[Abstract]:The integration of industry and finance is an important part of management accounting, and the organic integration of financial and business activities is the key to the transition from accounting to value creation management accounting. The concrete methods of Hebei Unicom to carry out the integration of industry and finance include: to determine the target of the integration of industry and finance; to adjust the financial organization structure; to establish the management mode of "management accounting" and "financial sharing center"; Clear financial sharing center construction path and professional financial construction path.
