【摘要】："智慧城市"對(duì)城市產(chǎn)生多方面的社會(huì)影響。"智慧城市"的發(fā)展有利于張揚(yáng)綠色消費(fèi)模式、滿(mǎn)足居民安全需求、提高閑暇生活質(zhì)量、拓展人際交往空間和擴(kuò)大居民社會(huì)參與。同時(shí),"智慧城市"的建設(shè)有利于促進(jìn)社會(huì)家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的多元化、推動(dòng)社會(huì)階層結(jié)構(gòu)的中產(chǎn)化、實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的扁平化、促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展與區(qū)域發(fā)展一體化和推動(dòng)社會(huì)消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的高度化。為促進(jìn)智慧城市的發(fā)展,必須加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo),升級(jí)"智慧城市"基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,推動(dòng)"智慧城市"的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,加大對(duì)智慧城市的投入力度,著力推進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新工作,培養(yǎng)智慧人才,營(yíng)造"智慧城市"發(fā)展的良好氛圍。
