信息化環(huán)境下中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的人力資源管理研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前時(shí)代背景下,企業(yè)的人力資源管理很大程度上受企業(yè)自身現(xiàn)有管理體系的影響,而企業(yè)的組織建構(gòu)與管理模式,則成為人力資源管理的決定性因素。中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的組織建構(gòu)及管理模式多較為簡(jiǎn)單,集中化組織結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)突出,對(duì)于人力資源信息化管理而言,這種管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)模式,無(wú)法滿足信息化環(huán)境下的人力資源管理需求,因而也必然對(duì)企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展造成一定的制約,限制企業(yè)人力資源管理水平的提升。企業(yè)實(shí)施人力資源管理應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)環(huán)境的需要做出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn),在信息化環(huán)境下對(duì)企業(yè)人力資源管理實(shí)施創(chuàng)新和改革,應(yīng)當(dāng)結(jié)合信息化的環(huán)境,實(shí)施運(yùn)作機(jī)制的改進(jìn),是目前企業(yè)人力資源管理發(fā)展的必然選擇。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展,中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力不斷加劇,企業(yè)管理水平面臨較大的不足,為此本文從中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的人力資源管理作為研究視角,對(duì)其在管理優(yōu)化做出研究。本文以人力資源管理的基本理論為依據(jù),通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、案例研究等研究方法,對(duì)我國(guó)中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀展開(kāi)全面的研究。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法收集了大量課題相關(guān)資料與數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)這些資料與數(shù)據(jù)展開(kāi)分析,以明確信息化環(huán)境下人力資源管理模式及運(yùn)作機(jī)制的理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)人力資源定義、核心理念及目標(biāo)與任務(wù)進(jìn)行了基本論述。然后以此為基礎(chǔ)分析信息化環(huán)境下的企業(yè)人力資源運(yùn)作機(jī)制,并通過(guò)案例研究法對(duì)南昌Z企業(yè)展開(kāi)案例分析,使研究理論得以與實(shí)踐有機(jī)結(jié)合,為我國(guó)中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)提供更加有效的參考。本文的主要內(nèi)容如下:首先對(duì)課題的研究背景、意義、目的、方法、思路與內(nèi)容進(jìn)行基本敘述,整理國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究觀點(diǎn),分析當(dāng)前研究的成果與不足;其次對(duì)對(duì)課題研究的相關(guān)概念展開(kāi)分析,梳理現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中的人力資源定義、核心理念及目標(biāo)與任務(wù)等基本理論信息,明確信息化環(huán)境下的企業(yè)管理基本的運(yùn)作機(jī)制、職能體系與管理方法;再次以當(dāng)前信息化環(huán)境為背景,對(duì)企業(yè)管理運(yùn)行機(jī)制展開(kāi)全面分析,在企業(yè)管理總體情況分析的基礎(chǔ)上明確當(dāng)前人力資源管理中存在的問(wèn)題,并深入分析問(wèn)題的成因;最后,針對(duì)當(dāng)前的人力資源管理的問(wèn)題與不足提出信息化環(huán)境下中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)人力資源管理優(yōu)化方案,依次明確和論述了中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)信息化環(huán)境下的人力資源管理規(guī)劃總體思路、管理體系準(zhǔn)備任務(wù)、管理體系的構(gòu)建,以及完善人力資源管理實(shí)施保障機(jī)制。另外,在以上研究基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行案例分析,通過(guò)南昌Z企業(yè)人力資源管理展開(kāi)全面分析,依次對(duì)其人力資源管理中的問(wèn)題與原因進(jìn)行分析和研究,并根據(jù)以上研究結(jié)果對(duì)南昌Z企業(yè)的人力資源管理優(yōu)化提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)方案,以證實(shí)本文針對(duì)人力資源管理優(yōu)化方案相關(guān)研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)性價(jià)值。通過(guò)對(duì)本課題的研究,得出在信息化環(huán)境下,中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)自身的管理需求對(duì)人力資源管理模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化與改進(jìn),建立起新的運(yùn)作機(jī)制,以更好的促進(jìn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃不斷推進(jìn)。當(dāng)前環(huán)境下互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的人力資源環(huán)境改革,從環(huán)境視角出發(fā)實(shí)施優(yōu)化改進(jìn)是極為必要的。在準(zhǔn)備工作方面,建立完善的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)和明確的權(quán)責(zé)體系,明確信息化人力資源管理的改革方向及規(guī)劃,都是最為基本的條件;在實(shí)施人力資源管理體系建設(shè)實(shí)施,堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)一管理、堅(jiān)持對(duì)核心功能模塊的合理設(shè)計(jì);在完善管理實(shí)施保障機(jī)制方面,針對(duì)人力資源管理建立信息化評(píng)價(jià)反饋機(jī)制,推進(jìn)管理體系及企業(yè)文化的優(yōu)化建設(shè),同時(shí)關(guān)注企業(yè)培訓(xùn)機(jī)制的完善,都是當(dāng)前企業(yè)在人力資源管理方面的主要任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Under the current background of the times, the human resource management of enterprises is largely influenced by the existing management system of the enterprises themselves, and the organizational construction and management mode of enterprises become the decisive factor of human resource management. As far as human resource information management is concerned, this kind of management organizational structure mode can not meet the needs of human resource management under the information environment, so it will inevitably restrict the long-term strategic development of enterprises and restrict the promotion of human resource management level. Corresponding improvements should be made to implement innovation and reform of enterprise human resource management under the information environment. It is an inevitable choice for the development of enterprise human resource management to combine the information environment with the improvement of operation mechanism. This paper studies the management optimization of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises from the perspective of human resource management. Based on the basic theory of human resource management, this paper studies the human resource management of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises in China through literature, case studies and other research methods. This paper collects a large number of relevant data and data of the subject through the method of documentation, and analyzes them in order to clarify the theoretical basis of human resource management mode and operation mechanism under the information environment, and discusses the definition, core concepts, objectives and tasks of human resources. Based on the analysis of the operation mechanism of enterprise human resources under the information environment, and through case study method to carry out case analysis of Nanchang Z enterprise, so that the research theory can be combined with practice organically, providing more effective reference for small and medium-sized Internet enterprises in China. Secondly, it analyzes the related concepts of the subject, combs the basic theoretical information of human resources definition, core concepts, objectives and tasks in modern enterprise management, and defines the enterprises in the information environment. The basic operation mechanism, function system and management method of the management; Again, taking the current information environment as the background, the enterprise management operation mechanism is comprehensively analyzed, and the problems existing in the current human resources management are clarified on the basis of the analysis of the overall situation of the enterprise management, and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth; finally, the current human resources are analyzed. The problems and shortcomings of source management put forward the optimization scheme of human resource management in small and medium-sized Internet enterprises under the informationization environment. The overall idea of human resource management planning in the informationization environment of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises, the preparatory tasks of management system, the construction of management system and the improvement of human resource management implementation guarantee machine are clarified and discussed in turn. In addition, on the basis of the above study, the case analysis is carried out, and the problems and causes of human resource management in Nanchang Z enterprise are analyzed and studied in turn. According to the above research results, the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward for the optimization of human resource management in Nanchang Z enterprise to confirm this policy. Through the study of this topic, it is concluded that in the information environment, small and medium-sized Internet enterprises should optimize and improve the human resources management model according to their own management needs, and establish a new operating mechanism to better promote the sustainable development of enterprises strategy. It is essential to optimize and improve the human resource environment of Internet enterprises from the environmental perspective. In the preparation work, the establishment of a sound management team and a clear system of responsibilities and responsibilities, and the clarification of the reform direction and planning of information-based human resource management are the most basic conditions. In the implementation of human resource management system, adhere to the unified management, adhere to the rational design of the core functional modules; in the improvement of management and implementation of security mechanisms, for human resource management to establish an information-based evaluation and feedback mechanism, to promote the management system and enterprise culture optimization, while paying attention to the improvement of enterprise training mechanism, are It is the main task of enterprises in human resource management.
