中間環(huán)節(jié)市場結(jié)構(gòu)與價值鏈治理者的決定——以2G和3G時代中國移動通信產(chǎn)業(yè)為例

【摘要】:在全球化推進、價值鏈各環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)垂直分離的背景下,價值創(chuàng)造過程需要治理活動來控制和協(xié)調(diào)。本文以2G和3G時代中國移動通信產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,從中間環(huán)節(jié)的市場結(jié)構(gòu)入手,探討價值鏈治理者的決定機制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國2G移動通信價值鏈當中,"移動運營"環(huán)節(jié)的市場結(jié)構(gòu)壟斷性最強,處于該環(huán)節(jié)的運營商扮演治理者角色;而在3G移動通信價值鏈當中,"芯片提供"環(huán)節(jié)的市場結(jié)構(gòu)壟斷性最強,處于該環(huán)節(jié)的芯片提供商取代運營商,成為價值鏈治理者。在此基礎上,本文研究認為:價值鏈各中間環(huán)節(jié)的市場結(jié)構(gòu)之間是存在偏差的,這導致權(quán)力分布的不平衡。某個價值鏈環(huán)節(jié)的"市場結(jié)構(gòu)"壟斷性越強,處于該環(huán)節(jié)的企業(yè)在價值鏈當中的權(quán)力越大,越有可能成為價值鏈的治理者。這其中的原因是高壟斷環(huán)節(jié)的企業(yè)擁有大量"強連帶",并處于整個價值創(chuàng)造網(wǎng)絡中"中心度"最高的位置,由此產(chǎn)生競爭優(yōu)勢和控制力。
[Abstract]:In the context of globalization and vertical separation of each link in the value chain, the process of value creation needs to be controlled and coordinated by governance activities. Taking China mobile communication industry in the era of 2G and 3G as an example, starting with the market structure of intermediate links, this paper discusses the decision mechanism of value chain governers. It is found that in the value chain of 2G mobile communication in China, the market structure of "mobile operation" is the strongest, and the operators in this link play the role of governance. In the 3G mobile communication value chain, the market structure of "chip supply" is the strongest, and the chip provider in this link replaces the operator and becomes the value chain governer. On this basis, this paper holds that there is a deviation between the market structure of each intermediate link in the value chain, which leads to the imbalance of the distribution of power. The stronger the monopoly of the "market structure" in a value chain, the greater the power of the enterprises in the value chain, and the more likely they are to become the value chain governance. The reason is that the enterprises with high monopoly have a large number of "strong joint and several", and are in the highest position of "centrality" in the whole value creation network, resulting in competitive advantage and control power.
