【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展和各領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,通信行業(yè)對當(dāng)前社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動作用日益凸顯。國家工信部也在每個五年計劃中積極的推動通信行業(yè)的變革、轉(zhuǎn)型,以及新型技術(shù)的研究、部署、應(yīng)用做出國家層面的支撐、逐漸調(diào)整、加大通信行業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的投資力度,為通信行業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來廣闊的商機(jī)。集合當(dāng)前國內(nèi)通信行業(yè)投資增速放緩、市場競爭激烈的局面,作為通信施工、服務(wù)類企業(yè)之一的AHCCC工程公司既是機(jī)遇也是挑戰(zhàn),本文從AHCCC公司的實際情況出發(fā),綜合考量國內(nèi)和國際通信行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境下帶來的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),運(yùn)用科學(xué)發(fā)展觀審時度勢的態(tài)度,研究制定適合當(dāng)前行業(yè)競爭激烈環(huán)境下企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,全面實現(xiàn)公司的目標(biāo)達(dá)成和穩(wěn)健發(fā)展是AHCCC公司亟待解決的問題,對同行業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略也起到一定的借鑒作用。文章以AHCCC公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為研究對象,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論,對AHCCC公司當(dāng)前的經(jīng)營狀況、發(fā)展態(tài)勢,以及當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外的行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)管理分析工具對企業(yè)進(jìn)行深度分析,從企業(yè)定位、中長期發(fā)展目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略的制定等多個方面對AHCCC公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行深度的剖析。最后通過加強(qiáng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新,完善人力資源體系,建立信息化管理平臺,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險識別和防控,提高戰(zhàn)略實施執(zhí)行力六個方面的措施來支撐AHCCC公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information technology and the wide application of various fields, the role of communication industry in promoting the current social economy has become increasingly prominent. The State Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has also actively promoted the reform, transformation, and research, deployment, and application of new technologies in the communications industry in every five-year plan, making support at the national level, gradually adjusting, and increasing investment in the infrastructure of the communications industry. For the development of the communications industry to bring broad business opportunities. Gathering the current domestic communication industry investment growth rate to slow down, the market competition intense situation, as the communication construction, the service type enterprise AHCCC engineering company is the opportunity as well as the challenge, this article proceeds from the AHCCC company's actual situation, Considering the opportunities and challenges brought about by the development environment of domestic and international communication industry, and applying the attitude of scientific development view to judge the situation, the paper studies and formulates the development strategy suitable for enterprises in the current competitive environment of the industry. To achieve the goal and steady development of the company in an all-round way is an urgent problem to be solved by AHCCC Company, and also plays a certain reference role in the development strategy of the same industry enterprises. This paper takes the development strategy of AHCCC Company as the research object, applies the theory of strategic management, analyzes and summarizes the current operating situation, development situation, and current domestic and foreign industry environment of AHCCC Company. This paper analyzes the development strategy of AHCCC Company from many aspects, such as the orientation of the enterprise, the medium and long term development goals and the formulation of the strategy, using the tool of strategic related management analysis. Finally, through strengthening enterprise innovation, perfecting human resource system, establishing information management platform, strengthening enterprise culture construction, strengthening risk identification and prevention and control, improving the execution ability of strategy implementation, to support the development strategy of AHCCC company.
