【摘要】：現(xiàn)有智慧城市研究與實施存在簡單數(shù)字轉(zhuǎn)化傾向,即將城市管理基礎(chǔ)界面轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)字化平臺作為唯一目標(biāo),這種方案帶來的最大弊端是對城市肌體缺少系統(tǒng)性研究,直接導(dǎo)致城市管理的部分關(guān)鍵路徑與關(guān)鍵點被人為拋棄。本文針對這一潛在弊端,從商業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與城市發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)性角度入手,采用宏觀經(jīng)濟分析方法和大數(shù)據(jù)分析思路,結(jié)合概率統(tǒng)計理論提出了對城市交通管理更加有效的監(jiān)測和預(yù)測方法,由此為西北商業(yè)城市甘肅蘭州提出了四條切實可行的提升智慧城市水平的具體實施路徑。
[Abstract]:There is a tendency of simple digital transformation in the research and implementation of existing intelligent cities. The only goal is to convert the basic interface of urban management into a digital platform. The biggest drawback of this scheme is the lack of systematic research on the urban body. As a direct result, some key paths and key points of urban management are abandoned artificially. In view of this potential drawback, this paper starts with the correlation between commercial economic development and urban development, and adopts the method of macroeconomic analysis and big data analysis. Based on the theory of probability and statistics, a more effective method of monitoring and forecasting urban traffic management is put forward, and four practical ways to improve the level of intelligent city are put forward for the northwest commercial city of Gansu Lanzhou.
