【摘要】：數(shù)字世界的價值共創(chuàng)成為營銷領(lǐng)域研究的前沿和熱點。從目前的研究成果來看,該領(lǐng)域的研究還處于成長階段。本文在梳理相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,對數(shù)字世界的價值共創(chuàng)研究進展進行了回顧。首先,將數(shù)字世界的價值共創(chuàng)視為價值共創(chuàng)在數(shù)字世界的延伸,界定了數(shù)字世界價值共創(chuàng)的基本概念,重點梳理了價值共創(chuàng)的三個核心維度,即互動、融入和授權(quán)在數(shù)字世界的新變化。其次,本文在歸納價值共創(chuàng)基本研究框架的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了數(shù)字世界的價值共創(chuàng)三個重要研究主題,即社交媒體的價值共創(chuàng)、品牌社群的價值共創(chuàng)以及數(shù)字世界的價值共創(chuàng)與品牌創(chuàng)建。最后,本文提出了若干研究展望,試圖為國內(nèi)學(xué)者開展這方面的研究提供有益的幫助。
[Abstract]:The value creation of the digital world has become the frontier and hot spot in the field of marketing. From the current research results, the research in this field is still in the growing stage. On the basis of combing relevant literature, this paper reviews the research progress of value creation in the digital world. First of all, the value creation of the digital world is regarded as the extension of the value creation in the digital world, the basic concept of the value creation in the digital world is defined, and the three core dimensions of value creation are combed out emphatically, that is, interaction. Incorporate and empower new changes in the digital world. Secondly, on the basis of summarizing the basic research framework of value creation, this paper summarizes three important research topics of value creation in the digital world, that is, social media value creation. Brand community value creation and digital world value creation and brand creation. Finally, this paper puts forward a number of research prospects, trying to provide useful help for domestic scholars to carry out research in this area.
