【摘要】：本文以高密市為例,通過實(shí)證分析對高密市工業(yè)化與信息化融合的影響因素進(jìn)行評價研究,并利用數(shù)據(jù)模型定量和定性研究高密市兩化融合的發(fā)展水平,從區(qū)域、行業(yè)和企業(yè)三個層面上分別對高密市兩化融合影響因素進(jìn)行評價： 區(qū)域?qū)用嫔系难芯?根據(jù)高密市兩化融合測評指標(biāo)體系建立的原則,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者已有的研究成果,從高密工業(yè)實(shí)際出發(fā),選取5項(xiàng)二級指標(biāo)和29項(xiàng)單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)建立評價指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用層次分析法對高密市工業(yè)化與信息化融合的影響因素進(jìn)行初步評價,最后得到高密市不同影響因素對工業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)率。研究結(jié)果表明：自2005年以來高密市工業(yè)化與信息化融合水平呈逐年穩(wěn)步增長態(tài)勢,提升速度比較快,說明高密市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨向優(yōu)化,由較低水平向更高層次發(fā)展。 行業(yè)和企業(yè)層面上的工業(yè)化與信息化融合水平的研究以調(diào)查問卷的形式進(jìn)行,通過調(diào)研及專家訪問,設(shè)計(jì)高密市工業(yè)企業(yè)、行業(yè)兩化融合指標(biāo)體系及調(diào)查問卷,通過模型對企業(yè)、行業(yè)進(jìn)行評價,劃分出高密市企業(yè)兩化融合水平的優(yōu)、良、中、低、差等級類型、找出高密市不同行業(yè)、不同規(guī)模的企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展水平。研究結(jié)果表明：①兩化融合優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)以大中型企業(yè)和知識密集型企業(yè)占比例較高。②兩化融合良的企業(yè)主要集中在近幾年發(fā)展起來的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)。③兩化融合中的企業(yè)主要分布在傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起來的中型企業(yè)和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的知識密集型企業(yè)及部分普通制造業(yè)。通過對高密市兩化融合定性分析研究結(jié)果表明：①信息化的發(fā)展形成新的產(chǎn)品供需結(jié)構(gòu)。②信息化提高了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率。 基于研究結(jié)果,揭示高密市規(guī)模企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中所存在的問題,提出加快縣域工業(yè)化和信息化融合發(fā)展的措施及建議,進(jìn)一步為未來高密市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的科學(xué)發(fā)展、持續(xù)發(fā)展、健康發(fā)展提供理論支持和具體措施,為政府制定工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展政策提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Taking Gaomi City as an example, this paper evaluates and studies the factors influencing the integration of industrialization and information in Gaomi City through empirical analysis, and studies the development level of the integration of the two cities by using the data model quantitatively and qualitatively. On the three levels of industry and enterprise, the paper evaluates the influencing factors of the integration of Gaomi city. The research on the regional level, according to the principles of the establishment of the evaluation index system of the integration of Gaomi city and the city of Gaomi city, Based on the existing research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad, five secondary indexes and 29 single indexes are selected to establish the evaluation index system from the actual situation of Gaomi industry. This paper makes a preliminary evaluation of the factors influencing the integration of industrialization and information in Gaomi City by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and finally obtains the contribution rate of different influencing factors to the development of industrial enterprises in Gaomi City. The results show that the integration level of industrialization and information in Gaomi City has been steadily increasing year by year since 2005, and the speed of upgrading is relatively fast, which indicates that the development of industrial economy in Gaomi City tends to be optimized and developed from a lower level to a higher level. The research on the level of industrialization and information fusion in industry and enterprise level is carried out in the form of questionnaire. Through investigation and expert interview, the index system and questionnaire of industrial enterprise and industry integration in Gaomi City are designed. Through the evaluation of enterprises and industries in Gaomi City, the paper classifies the excellent, good, medium, low and poor grade types of enterprises' integration level, and finds out the level of information development of different industries and different scales of enterprises in Gaomi City. The results show that the proportion of large and medium-sized enterprises and knowledge-intensive enterprises is high. 2. The enterprises with good integration are mainly concentrated in the electronic and information industry that has developed in recent years. 3. The enterprises are mainly distributed in the medium-sized enterprises developed from the traditional industries, the knowledge-intensive enterprises in the emerging industries and some ordinary manufacturing industries. Through the qualitative analysis of the integration of the two industries in Gaomi City, the result shows that the development of the information system of "1" has formed a new product supply and demand structure of ".2" informatization, which has improved the production efficiency of the enterprise. Based on the research results, this paper reveals the problems existing in the development of large scale enterprises in Gaomi City, and puts forward some measures and suggestions for accelerating the integration of industrialization and informatization in the county area, so as to further promote the scientific development and sustainable development of industrial economy in Gaomi City in the future. It provides theoretical support and concrete measures for the government to formulate industrial economic development policy.
