【摘要】：正一、中國電信設(shè)備制造業(yè)——后來居上的典范電子工業(yè),特別是電信設(shè)備制造業(yè)無疑是中國制造業(yè)的驕傲,因?yàn)樵谶@個技術(shù)和資本高度密集的產(chǎn)業(yè),幾乎是白手起家的中國企業(yè)已經(jīng)大有后來居上之勢。說新中國電子工業(yè)白手起家并不夸張,因?yàn)橹袊娮庸I(yè)起步始于1950年4月28日政務(wù)院決定成立電子工業(yè)管理局,而此時電子工業(yè)在國外已有50年歷史。在第一個五年計(jì)劃期間(1952—1957年),依托進(jìn)口蘇聯(lián)和東歐國家金屬與裝備,中國開展了大規(guī)模重點(diǎn)建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)了獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)和制造遠(yuǎn)程

It is no exaggeration to say that the electronics industry of the people's Republic of China started from scratch, because the Chinese electronics industry started on April 28, 1950, when the Council decided to set up the Bureau of Electronic Industry Administration. At that time, the electronics industry had a history of 50 years abroad. During the first five-year plan period, 1952-1957, relying on the import of metals and equipment from the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries, China carried out large-scale key construction and achieved independent design and manufacture of remote.
