【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)營(yíng)管理理念的不斷更新與發(fā)展、企業(yè)管理模式的不斷創(chuàng)新、用工制度的不斷改革等,人力資源管理模式逐漸發(fā)生了變化,企業(yè)人力資源管理部門(mén)逐漸進(jìn)入到人力資源管理階段,完全突破了以往的人事管理階段;在信息化與知識(shí)化時(shí)代,對(duì)于企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),通過(guò)先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)渠道提升其管理水平,在人力資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與管理過(guò)程中逐漸引入信息技術(shù),不僅能推進(jìn)銀行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,同時(shí)也能實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源管理的規(guī)范化與科學(xué)化。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的需求性具有一定的緊迫性,截至目前,已有很多學(xué)者就進(jìn)度管理的理論與實(shí)踐工作進(jìn)行了充分研究,但針對(duì)銀行項(xiàng)目管理的研究是少之又少,從這點(diǎn)來(lái)講,本文選擇撫順郵儲(chǔ)銀行為研究對(duì)象,從項(xiàng)目管理的角度來(lái)研究人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng),具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。本文從撫順郵儲(chǔ)銀行的具體情況出發(fā),在充分結(jié)合其現(xiàn)有的人力資源信息系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方面的一些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究,這對(duì)于同類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理具有一定的借鑒作用。本文首先對(duì)研究撫順郵儲(chǔ)銀行人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目所采用的相關(guān)理論如項(xiàng)目管理與進(jìn)度管理等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,進(jìn)而為后續(xù)相關(guān)內(nèi)容的開(kāi)展夯實(shí)了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。接著從該項(xiàng)目的整體狀況進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)述,進(jìn)一步明確了項(xiàng)目背景與整體框架,同時(shí)分析了本項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算;將論述的重點(diǎn)放在了對(duì)本項(xiàng)目研究過(guò)程中的困難上,并以此為基礎(chǔ),從項(xiàng)目階段劃分、時(shí)間估算、工作分解等方面提出了相應(yīng)的措施,在充分結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)其做了更進(jìn)一步的闡述:以撫順銀行的實(shí)際操作為基礎(chǔ),基于層次分析模型分析項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管控狀況,重點(diǎn)分析項(xiàng)目制度建設(shè)與管控措施,對(duì)項(xiàng)目組織體系、內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)體系與相關(guān)措施等進(jìn)行全面分析,具有一定的參考價(jià)值。撫順郵儲(chǔ)銀行人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)覆蓋的職工及客戶(hù)人數(shù)約25萬(wàn)人,分布在全省14個(gè)城市和90個(gè)區(qū)縣,共有單位約238萬(wàn)家,散戶(hù)客戶(hù)24萬(wàn)人左右。項(xiàng)目完成后將在撫順郵儲(chǔ)銀行進(jìn)行試運(yùn)營(yíng),通過(guò)不同批次的運(yùn)營(yíng)實(shí)驗(yàn),取得運(yùn)營(yíng)相關(guān)參數(shù),通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)參數(shù)的修正和完善,本系統(tǒng)將在改行上線運(yùn)營(yíng)。本系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)對(duì)于優(yōu)化撫順郵儲(chǔ)銀行人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng),保障職工和客戶(hù)的權(quán)益,樹(shù)立銀行形象乃至保持撫順郵儲(chǔ)銀行資金安全都具有廣泛而深遠(yuǎn)的意義和影響。
[Abstract]:With the renewal and development of the management concept, the innovation of the enterprise management mode and the continuous reform of the employment system, the human resource management model has gradually changed. The department of enterprise human resources management has gradually entered the stage of human resources management, completely breaking through the previous stage of personnel management; in the era of information and knowledge, for enterprises, Through advanced science and technology and Internet channels to improve its management level, in the process of human resources development and management gradually introduce information technology, not only can promote the rapid development of banking, At the same time, it can also realize the standardization and scientization of human resource management. The demand of project schedule management has a certain urgency. Up to now, many scholars have made full research on the theory and practice of schedule management, but the research on project management of bank is very few, from this point of view, In this paper, Fushun Postal savings Bank is chosen as the research object to study human resource management information system from the point of view of project management. Based on the specific situation of Fushun Postal savings Bank and the existing human resources information system development project, this paper makes a detailed study on some problems in project schedule management. This has a certain reference for the progress management of similar projects. In this paper, the research on Fushun Postal savings Bank human resources management information system development project adopted by the relevant theories such as project management and schedule management are described in detail, and then for the subsequent development of the relevant content to consolidate a solid foundation. Then, the overall situation of the project is briefly described, and the background and overall framework of the project are further clarified. At the same time, the financial budget of the project is analyzed. The focus of the discussion is on the difficulties in the research process of the project, and on this basis, The corresponding measures are put forward from the aspects of project stage division, time estimation, work decomposition and so on. On the basis of fully combining the actual situation of the project, it is further elaborated: based on the actual operation of Fushun Bank, Based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model, this paper analyzes the status of project schedule management and control, focuses on the construction of project system and management measures, and makes a comprehensive analysis of project organization system, content, target system and relevant measures, which has certain reference value. The human resource management information system of Fushun Postal savings Bank covers about 250000 employees and customers, distributed in 14 cities and 90 districts and counties of the province, with about 2.38 million units and 240000 retail customers. After the completion of the project will be completed in Fushun Postal savings Bank for trial operation, through different batches of operational experiments, operational parameters, through the relevant parameters of the correction and improvement, the system will be on line operation. The construction of this system has extensive and far-reaching significance and influence on optimizing the human resource management information system of Fushun Postal savings Bank, protecting the rights and interests of employees and customers, establishing the image of bank and even maintaining the fund safety of Fushun Postal savings Bank.
