【摘要】：本文從分析電信運營企業(yè)在投資特點及投資效益存在的問題入手,闡述了投資效益評價的兩種主要方法——邊際分析法和現(xiàn)金流量分析法的基本內(nèi)容,列舉實例就采用這兩種方法分別對寬帶接入等滾動型投資業(yè)務(wù)及ICT等項目型投資業(yè)務(wù)進行投資效益評價,得出結(jié)論:對滾動型投資業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)加大現(xiàn)網(wǎng)存量的資源挖掘及市場營銷;對ICT等項目型投資業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)優(yōu)先選擇集成模式、加強現(xiàn)金流等管理并利用現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,以此為提高電信運營企業(yè)投資效益提供建議和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Starting with the analysis of the problems existing in the investment characteristics and investment benefits of telecom operators, this paper expounds the basic contents of the two main methods of investment benefit evaluation, marginal analysis and cash flow analysis, and enumerates the two methods to invest in the rolling investment business of broadband access and ICT and other projects by using these two methods. To evaluate the investment benefit of the business, we draw a conclusion that we should increase the resources mining and marketing of the current network stock for the rolling investment business, and give priority to the selection of integrated model for the project type investment business of ICT, strengthen the management of cash flow and make use of the existing network resources, so as to provide suggestions and guidance for improving the investment benefit of the telecom operation enterprises.
