【摘要】：本文簡單分析了4G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀,闡述了4G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度影響因素,針對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制方案展開了深入的研究,結(jié)合本次研究,發(fā)表了一些自己的建議看法,對NJ移動(dòng)4G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理有全面細(xì)致的研究,提高進(jìn)度管理有效性。
[Abstract]:This paper simply analyzes the current situation of 4G wireless network construction project, expounds the factors affecting the progress of 4G wireless network construction project, carries out a deep research on the project schedule control scheme, and puts forward some suggestions based on this research. The schedule management of NJ mobile 4G wireless network construction project is studied in detail to improve the efficiency of schedule management.
