【摘要】:2012年全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶約24億戶、智能手機(jī)約11億臺(tái),其中 大部分客戶通過(guò)固定或移動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)接入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。全球大部分電信運(yùn) 營(yíng)商的核心網(wǎng)絡(luò)已逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)IP化。因此,無(wú)論是用戶接入層面還是 核心網(wǎng)絡(luò)層面,數(shù)據(jù)流量已經(jīng)成為電信產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值的核心。目前,國(guó)內(nèi) 外專家、學(xué)者對(duì)于電信產(chǎn)業(yè)的客戶價(jià)值、價(jià)值鏈等理論的研究很多, 但關(guān)于數(shù)據(jù)流量及其價(jià)值的理論研究和定量分析當(dāng)前不很豐富,關(guān)于 固定網(wǎng)絡(luò)、移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和FMC融合網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)據(jù)流量?jī)r(jià)值因素論述不多、 對(duì)比分析和量化測(cè)算不足,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量?jī)r(jià)值提升機(jī)制的分析也較少。 因此本文基于FMC融合網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析,從數(shù)據(jù)流量的著眼點(diǎn)研究?jī)r(jià)值提升 是一個(gè)較新的視角和領(lǐng)域。本文對(duì)“FMC融合網(wǎng)絡(luò)”的概念、特點(diǎn)、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、典型應(yīng)用和 流量?jī)r(jià)值進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)固網(wǎng)、移網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)、流量?jī)r(jià)值、提升機(jī)制 進(jìn)行了研究、量化測(cè)算,主要有三點(diǎn)創(chuàng)新:一、構(gòu)建了FMC網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)流量?jī)r(jià)值模型本文參考“客戶讓渡價(jià)值理論”及其它客戶價(jià)值有關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)成果, 提出流量?jī)r(jià)值概念模型,對(duì)變量之間的關(guān)系提出相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè)。通 過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)、修改、發(fā)放和回收調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、收集整理數(shù)據(jù)及實(shí)證分析,建 立了“流量?jī)r(jià)值”模型。這一模型,突破了傳統(tǒng)的電信產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值模式, 從較新的角度對(duì)影響流量的價(jià)值組成因素進(jìn)行建模和細(xì)化分析。二、對(duì)固定、移動(dòng)、FMC網(wǎng)絡(luò)的流量?jī)r(jià)值進(jìn)行分析、測(cè)算本文結(jié)合訪談法、問(wèn)卷法、系統(tǒng)抽樣法、資料分析法對(duì)市場(chǎng)調(diào)查、 業(yè)務(wù)資費(fèi)、運(yùn)營(yíng)商現(xiàn)網(wǎng)運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集,對(duì)固定網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)用戶 的行為偏好、用戶流量進(jìn)行了關(guān)聯(lián)分析;對(duì)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量?jī)r(jià)值和移動(dòng) 用戶的數(shù)據(jù)使用量進(jìn)行了回歸分析,對(duì)FMC融合數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了 流量?jī)r(jià)值分析。本文創(chuàng)新地提出將收入與流量之比所反映出的平均價(jià) 格(元/GB))定義為通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)“流量?jī)r(jià)值”,并以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行相 關(guān)的思考、測(cè)算和分析。測(cè)算出某基礎(chǔ)電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商固網(wǎng)平均流量?jī)r(jià)值 為0.40元/GB, FMC典型應(yīng)用的流量?jī)r(jià)值為9.40元/GB,移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平 均流量?jī)r(jià)值為0.69元/MB(均為2011年數(shù)據(jù)),并分別歸納出其流量 價(jià)值測(cè)算公式。這應(yīng)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)流量?jī)r(jià)值的具體化研究和分析,提供較新 的思路、可比方法和參考數(shù)據(jù)。三、提出了FMC網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)流量?jī)r(jià)值提升機(jī)制本文通過(guò)對(duì)價(jià)值關(guān)系、價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的分析,提出了“FMC網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量 價(jià)值提升機(jī)制”。同時(shí),針對(duì)四類(lèi)典型數(shù)據(jù)流量業(yè)務(wù)需求的特點(diǎn),細(xì) 化了流量?jī)r(jià)值應(yīng)用模型,對(duì)電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商的價(jià)值策略和定位進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn) 分析,并提出流量?jī)r(jià)值提升策略建議。
