【摘要】：目前,電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商與應(yīng)用提供商合作為政府、企業(yè)等提供輔助企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)運(yùn)作的移動(dòng)應(yīng)用已成為新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。移動(dòng)應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目的范圍管理貫穿整個(gè)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作的始終,關(guān)系到整個(gè)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、組織、實(shí)施和后期改善的效果。 本論文試圖通過(guò)對(duì)政企渠道移動(dòng)應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目范圍管理的流程和生成因素來(lái)研究范圍管理流程及監(jiān)控措施,在政企渠道移動(dòng)應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目全生命周期里對(duì)項(xiàng)目范圍進(jìn)行有效的管理,以便相關(guān)單位能夠更加有效地進(jìn)行需求收集、范圍定義和分解、控制范圍變更、減少范圍變更,確保政企渠道移動(dòng)應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目不僅能順利地按目標(biāo)完成,還能有效的進(jìn)行后期的流程變更與升級(jí)。 本文在對(duì)項(xiàng)目范圍管理理論及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出解決需求分析及范圍變更的一套方法,建立了以需求收集和范圍控制為核心的項(xiàng)目范圍管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由范圍規(guī)劃(包含需求收集子系統(tǒng))、范圍核實(shí)系統(tǒng)、范圍控制系統(tǒng)組成。本文還將系統(tǒng)理論應(yīng)用于公司的政企客戶(hù)移動(dòng)行業(yè)應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐中。對(duì)于政企移動(dòng)應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目范圍管理的結(jié)論有如下幾點(diǎn)：需求收集和需求分析是政企移動(dòng)應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目的范圍管理乃至整個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理的基礎(chǔ),在這兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中應(yīng)借助有效的科學(xué)工具；快速原型法作為高效的范圍控制方法,應(yīng)被重點(diǎn)利用到需求分析過(guò)程中；范圍控制以需求跟蹤為核心,必須嚴(yán)格制度化、流程化,嚴(yán)守底線(xiàn)；一個(gè)政企移動(dòng)應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目的范圍管理資產(chǎn)可延伸運(yùn)用到相似或相近項(xiàng)目上去。
[Abstract]:At present, it has become a new development trend for telecom operators to cooperate with application providers to provide government, enterprises and other mobile applications that can assist enterprises to operate and operate. The scope management of mobile application projects throughout the whole project operation is related to the overall project planning, organization, implementation and later improvement results. This paper attempts to study the scope management process and monitoring measures through the process and generation factors of the scope management of the government and enterprise channel mobile application project, and effectively manage the project scope in the whole life cycle of the government and enterprise channel mobile application project. So that relevant units can more effectively carry out demand collection, scope definition and decomposition, control scope changes, reduce scope changes, and ensure that government and enterprise channel mobile application projects can not only be completed smoothly according to the target, Also can effectively carry out the late process changes and upgrades. Based on the research of project scope management theory and related literature, this paper summarizes a set of methods to solve requirement analysis and scope change, and establishes a project scope management system with requirement collection and scope control as the core. The system consists of scope planning (including requirement collection subsystem, range verification system and scope control system). This paper also applies the system theory to the application project of government-enterprise customer mobile industry. The conclusions of scope management of government enterprise mobile application project are as follows: demand collection and requirement analysis are the basis of scope management and even the whole project management of government enterprise mobile application project. In these two links, effective scientific tools should be used; As an efficient range control method, the rapid prototyping method should be used in the process of requirement analysis, and the scope control should be strictly institutionalized, flow and keep the bottom line strictly. The scope management assets of a government-enterprise mobile application project can be extended to similar or similar projects.
