【摘要】：自中國全功能接入國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)以來,浙江一直充當著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的排頭兵和探索者,成為中國當前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的主要匯聚地之一。回顧浙江經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展歷程,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)浙江經(jīng)濟的騰飛與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有著千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟在推動浙江經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的同時,對加快經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型也起到了關(guān)鍵作用。本文內(nèi)容主要包含四個部分,第一部分主要是對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進行介紹。首先對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的含義、發(fā)展階段、分類及特征進行了論述,然后就區(qū)域經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的含義和分析框架進行了介紹,為本文在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的框架下分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟與浙江經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)系提供了一種方法;第二部分主要就互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)原理進行分析。從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的三個基本定律出發(fā),說明其成長速度快的內(nèi)在原因;通過分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的正外部性和公益性,說明了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟可以給其他行業(yè)帶來積極作用,提高社會的整體收益的機理;然后探討了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的鎖定現(xiàn)象和馬太效應,說明浙江擁有的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,能為浙江經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶來源源不斷的動力;最后得出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟具有邊際效益遞增的規(guī)律,說明互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟具有傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟所不具備的優(yōu)勢,是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的重要倚仗;第三部分是通過經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型分析框架,分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對浙江經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的影響。首先對浙江經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的歷程進行了回顧,大致將其劃分為四個階段,并指出當前浙江經(jīng)濟正處于信息化這一新的轉(zhuǎn)型過程中;然后從發(fā)展動力、經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟體制及與社會發(fā)展協(xié)同性方面歸納了當前浙江經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型過程中所遇到的難題及其原因;最后就互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對浙江經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的影響進行了分析;第四部分是通過實證方法進行檢驗。本章運用面板模型,在探討資本、勞動、教育、科技、城市化水平、對外開放程度等相關(guān)控制變量對浙江經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的影響的同時,著重分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展對于浙江經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的影響,得出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟對推動浙江經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型有明顯正向作用的結(jié)論,并分析相關(guān)作用機理。就理論價值方面來說,目前關(guān)于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的研究比較分散,并沒有形成一個統(tǒng)一的理論框架。本文試圖在浙江經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的理論與實踐的背景下研究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟對于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級的作用,并運用數(shù)量分析的方法解釋互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展對推進浙江經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的影響程度,從而在一定程度上豐富已有的理論體系。而在實用價值方面,隨著經(jīng)濟下行壓力的逐漸增大,各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展也受到了很大的影響,轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式、提高經(jīng)濟效率、實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的要求越來越迫切。中國各地紛紛開始探索調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展路徑,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的崛起正好為其提供了一個契機。本文關(guān)于兩者關(guān)系的研究對于浙江及其他地區(qū)能更好地利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟以及相關(guān)政策的制定具有一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:Since the Internet Chinese full function access since Zhejiang has acted as the vanguard of the Internet and related industries and explorers, become one of the main convergence China current Internet industry. This paper mainly contains four parts, the first part is mainly on the basic theory of Internet economy and regional economic transformation are introduced. Starting from the three basic laws of the Internet, that the internal reason for the fast growth; through the analysis of positive externality and public welfare of the Internet economy, the Internet can bring positive effect to the economy in other industries, the mechanism of improving the overall revenue of the society; and then discusses the Internet economy and the locking phenomenon the Matthew effect, indicating the development of Zhejiang has the advantage, can bring a steady stream of power for the economic development of Zhejiang; finally the Internet economy has the law of increasing marginal benefit, shows that the Internet economy is the traditional economic advantages not available it is important to rely on changing the mode of economic development, to achieve economic transformation; the third part is through the analysis of mutual economic transformation analysis framework. Effect of network economy development of Zhejiang economic transformation. The first process of economic transformation in Zhejiang were reviewed, which can be divided into four stages, and pointed out that the Zhejiang economy is in the new transition process information; and then from the development of power, economic structure, economic system and social development are summarized and problems the reason encountered in the current Zhejiang economic transformation in the process of cooperation; finally, the development of the Internet economy impact on Zhejiang economic transformation are analyzed; the fourth part is tested by empirical method. This chapter use panel model, in the discussion of capital, labor, education, science and technology, city level, and the degree of opening up the relevant control variables on the impact of economic transformation in Zhejiang, focuses on the analysis of the development of the Internet economy impact on Zhejiang's economic transformation, the Internet economy to promote Zhejiang The economic transformation has obvious positive effect conclusion, and analyze the relevant mechanism. The theoretical value, the current research on the Internet economy is scattered, and did not form a unified theoretical framework. This paper tries to the theory and practice of economic transformation in Zhejiang under the background of economic transformation and upgrading of the Internet for regional economic role. And explain the development of the Internet economy to promote the effect of Zhejiang economic transformation using quantitative analysis method, so as to enrich the existing theoretical system to a certain extent. But in practical terms, with gradually increased with the downward pressure on the economy, regional economic development has also been greatly affected, the transformation of economic development mode, improve the economic efficiency, to achieve industrial upgrading and economic restructuring is more and more urgent. China country have begun to explore the adjustment of industrial structure, to achieve economic The development path of transformation and the rise of the Internet economy just provide an opportunity for them. The research on the relationship between them can provide some reference for Zhejiang and other regions to make better use of the Internet economy and the formulation of relevant policies.
