【摘要】：傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)是通信運(yùn)營商運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ)支撐網(wǎng)絡(luò)。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,通信技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和廣泛應(yīng)用,廣大通信用戶對于各類通信的需求,也達(dá)到了新的高度,傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè)水平和運(yùn)營水平對于整體通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展的瓶頸作用顯得日益突出,因此,推動(dòng)傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的規(guī)范建設(shè)和加強(qiáng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)營優(yōu)化成為通信運(yùn)營商的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文描述了蘭州移動(dòng)公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營三大環(huán)節(jié)傳輸維護(hù)、故障搶修、資源有效利用各種問題,深刻的分析了問題產(chǎn)生的原因。在此背景下,引入業(yè)務(wù)流程再造、選址理論、信息化管理理論,并以這些理論為指導(dǎo),進(jìn)行傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)營優(yōu)化提升,最終達(dá)到減少網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障,提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全,為移動(dòng)通信的發(fā)展保駕護(hù)航。 論文最后分析了在運(yùn)營提升中可能存在的一些困難,和一些與之對應(yīng)的解決方法和初步構(gòu)想,希望通過該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施能夠引起各級管理人員的重視,讓管理提升深入人心,將運(yùn)營管理的優(yōu)化作為一個(gè)長期發(fā)展的策略。
[Abstract]:Transmission network is the basic supporting network for communication operators.With the rapid development of China's economy and the progress and wide application of communication technology, the vast number of communication users have reached a new level of demand for all kinds of communications.The construction level and operation level of transmission network are becoming increasingly prominent for the bottleneck of the development of the whole communication network. Therefore, it is urgent for the communication operators to promote the standard construction of the transmission network and enhance the operation optimization of the communication network.This paper describes the transmission and maintenance of three major links of network operation of Lanzhou Mobile Company, such as transmission and maintenance, fault repair, and efficient utilization of resources, and analyzes the causes of the problems deeply.Under this background, introduce business process reengineering, location theory, information management theory, and take these theories as the guidance, carry on the operation optimization promotion of the transmission network, finally reach to reduce the network fault, enhance the network security,Escort for the development of mobile communications.Finally, the paper analyzes some difficulties that may exist in the operation promotion, and some corresponding solutions and preliminary ideas. It is hoped that the implementation of the project can arouse the attention of managers at all levels and make the management promotion go deep into the hearts of the people.To optimize the operation management as a long-term development strategy.
