【摘要】：利用隨機前沿生產(chǎn)函數(shù)法(SFA)、數(shù)據(jù)包絡法(DEA)和Malmquist指數(shù)法對中國31個省市信息服務業(yè)技術效率進行測算和比較的基礎上,選取SFA的測算結果,采用空間計量模型對信息服務業(yè)技術效率影響因素進行實證研究。研究表明,中國信息服務業(yè)技術效率較低,各地區(qū)間差異較大;人力資本、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度、全員勞動生產(chǎn)率和對外開放度對信息服務業(yè)技術效率有顯著的促進作用,科技創(chuàng)新的影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:On the basis of measuring and comparing the technical efficiency of information service industry in 31 provinces and cities in China by means of stochastic frontier production function method, data envelopment method and Malmquist index method, the results of SFA calculation are selected.An empirical study on the factors affecting the technical efficiency of information service industry is carried out by using the spatial econometric model.The research shows that the technical efficiency of China's information service industry is relatively low, and there are great differences among different regions, and that human capital, industrial concentration, labor productivity and opening to the outside world play a significant role in promoting the technical efficiency of information service industry.The impact of scientific and technological innovation is not significant.
