【摘要】：近年來(lái)通信行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,特別是在3G牌照發(fā)放之后,通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)容量進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,通信動(dòng)力環(huán)境系統(tǒng)作為通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)保障的重要作用也被進(jìn)一步放大,如何保證動(dòng)力環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的安全有效運(yùn)行,顯得更加重要。面對(duì)日益增大的設(shè)備數(shù)量和網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模,如何運(yùn)用更加科學(xué)的管理方法,特別是風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方法,來(lái)促進(jìn)動(dòng)力環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)質(zhì)量,值得我們更加深入的研究與探討。 本文首先闡述了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論與方法,然后對(duì)濟(jì)南聯(lián)通動(dòng)力環(huán)境維護(hù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了介紹和歸納,在此基礎(chǔ)上利用WBS理論對(duì)動(dòng)力環(huán)境維護(hù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了合理劃分。隨后分析了維護(hù)項(xiàng)目中涉及的維護(hù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)維護(hù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)和評(píng)分。在前面理論研究與分析的基礎(chǔ)上,論文根據(jù)維護(hù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析結(jié)果,提出了相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施。 通過(guò)論文的分析和論述,針對(duì)濟(jì)南聯(lián)通動(dòng)力環(huán)境維護(hù)項(xiàng)目中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理要點(diǎn)更加清晰和明確,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施更加系統(tǒng)和規(guī)范。論文涉及的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施的實(shí)施和落實(shí),將更加有效的指導(dǎo)動(dòng)力環(huán)境維護(hù)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作,為提高維護(hù)質(zhì)量提供有力支持和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the communication industry has developed rapidly, especially after the issuance of 3G licenses, the capacity of the communication network has been further expanded, and the important role of the communication power environment system as the basic guarantee of the communication network has also been further enlarged. How to ensure the safe and effective operation of power environment system is more important. In the face of the increasing number of equipment and network scale, how to use more scientific management methods, especially risk management methods, In order to promote the maintenance quality of power environment system, it is worth our further research and discussion. This paper first expounds the theory and method of project risk management, and then introduces and summarizes the power environment maintenance project of Jinan Unicom. Then, the maintenance risk involved in the maintenance project is analyzed, and the risk classification and rating are made. Based on the previous theoretical research and analysis, the maintenance risk is classified and graded. According to the results of maintenance risk analysis, the paper puts forward the corresponding risk countermeasures. Through the analysis and discussion of the paper, the risk management key points in Jinan Unicom power environment maintenance project are more clear and clear, the risk management measures are more systematic and standardized, and the risk management measures involved in the paper are implemented and implemented. Will be more effective to guide the field work of dynamic environmental maintenance, to improve the quality of maintenance to provide effective support and basis.
